Our stay in sigiriya was so nice, the family were so lovely and friendly to us. You can walk to different restaurants or take a tuk tuk to the main area of sigirya.

The property is in a great location, very close to restaurants while still being calm and peaceful with lots of trees and greenery around. The room was spacious with two large double beds, which made the stay very comfortable. The best part of the stay was the host. Although they didn’t speak much English, they were extremely kind and accommodating. I arrived quite late one night around 11 PM and thought I might miss breakfast the next day since breakfast is usually until 11 AM, but the host kindly offered to prepare it for me anyway, which I really appreciated. They also have two small dogs at the property, and one of them often came around to greet me, which was a very nice touch. Overall, the hosts were very kind people and the stay was great.

The location is very good. I walked to the rock from the accommodation! It took me 40 minutes to get to the museum where you can purchase the ticket. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the main road to chose from.

Close to all the restaurants but still in a quiet and peaceful surrounding. Really nice, comfortable and big room. Perfect hot shower and a really big towel was provider. The breakfasts every morning were really tasteful and homemade as well and really lovely owners of the villa.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time. The resident dogs, Brando and Teddy, were absolutely lovely. Brando is a charming old gentleman who liked to nap outside our door and gently demand affection — impossible not to fall in love with him. Teddy is still a puppy, a tiny piranha of energy, but adorable all the same. Breakfast was generous and very tasty, with a good variety of options. Our only concern was seeing the older man hit the puppy to quiet him. We did mention that this is not an appropriate way to train a dog, and we hope more gentle methods will be used in the future. Also, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, which was a bit uncomfortable. The woman of the house was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and memorable place to stay.

Lovely hosts. Made a delicious breakfast each morning at whatever time i worked for me. The property is off the main road, surrounded by nature, nice and quiet. Its a short walk to the restaurants but a lovely one at that. Rooms look just like the pictures with a comfy bed

The most friendly hosts with the cutest dog, Brando. This was a super cute place to stay at. The breakfast was included, and all we needed to kick start our day in the best way. The family looking after us was so smiley and so polite. The guest house is hidden away on a quiet road, surrounded by luscious greens, only a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The dad was up bright and early to take us on our sunrise hike up Pindurangala. He dropped us off at the entrance and waited there for our return. I'd recommend this place for a calm and peaceful getaway with a vibe of home away from home.

Very friendly hosts, helpful. Very good breakfast (eggs and something sweet like pancakes + fruits). Comfortable beds with mosquito nets, hot water working without problem. Good location (bit outside main centre). Surrounded by hosts garden where you can see nice plants, trees, birds.

Rooms are very clean and the surrounding was all green. The host were kind and helpful.

Clean room, friendly owners. Not far from Mount Sigiriya. A delicious breakfast and a bonus, the guard dog Bando. I recommend it.

Excellent guest house in Sigirya - the family is really sweet and provides me excellent meals ! They are discreet and nice. I highly recommend it's calm no noise at all and near the rock!

Beautiful local family. Made us feel so welcome and they have the nicest dog. Very close to walk to food, beautiful property, they made breakfast and dinner for us which was delicious and convenient. We will definitely be back. Rooms are basic but large in size with a nice patio at the front.

Hosts very friendly, super calm place. Bed was comfortable. Very spacious room and beautiful terrace that is in front of a beautiful garden. A lot of animals around, very connected with nature.

Strongly recommend. Great location, wonderful tarrace with a garden, you can rally relax there, clean, kettle.

Fantastic location, a short walk away from restaurants and only a 10 minute scooter ride from Lion’s rock. The family is really wonderful and kind. Spacious room with a mosquito net over the bed and a cute outdoor area for breakfast. Loved the dog and kittens :)
