What a beautiful place ❤️ Everything about our stay at Lucky Villa Sigiriya was amazing. The food was 10/10 , you absolutely have to try the coconut pancakes 😍😍 The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the hot water was great, and the water pressure was really good too. It’s a family-owned business and you can truly feel the love and effort they put into this place. The family were so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and they made us feel completely at home. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful nature. We had such a lovely experience here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sigiriya 😊

Lovely family-run villa, was very helpful in guiding us with planning our trip and activities, even offering transport options and helpful suggestions! A tasty breakfast was provided each morning with the option for a cheap yet delicious lunch/dinner provided by themselves too. A lovely family stay in an amazing location not far from local restaurants, shops, bars and close to the Lions rock. Would recommend a stay here!

We had the best time at the Lucky Villa. Surangi, our host was the kindest ever. She helped us with everything - airport transfer, guided tours, such as safari, tuktuk drives within Sigirya, etc. She also shared a lot of interesting facts about the area. Breakfast was amazing, the property is super clean and calm, with all needed equipment. If you are staying in Sigirya, I would highly recommend staying here!

I highly recommend Lucky Villa – we had a wonderful stay here. Surangi is incredibly welcoming and helped us organize many activities at great prices. Her sons assisted us with transportation from the airport and to Kandy, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The breakfasts were delicious, and they even prepared takeaway meals for our safari, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms are new, very clean, and comfortable, equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. There is also a beautiful view of Lion Rock, which makes the stay even more special. The owners take great care of their dogs and cats, which shows how kind and attentive they are. The family’s hospitality truly stood out – they even invited us to celebrate the Sri Lankan New Year together, which was very touching and unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Surangi and family!

The location had an amazing view of Lions Rock. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast was great and very delicious.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lucky Villa Sigiriya. The location was perfect. Close enough to enjoy walking or short tuktuk rides. Nestled amongst beautiful gardens with an amazing view of Lion Rock across the rice fields. The owner, Surangi was a wonderful host. Very attentive and thoughtful. She helped us organise everything from tuktuks, transport there and onwards, excursions and the best safari where we got to see so many wild elephants. Amazing. The rooms are simple but clean. The air con works well and we enjoyed lovely breakfasts on the verandah. We felt welcome at all times meeting Surangi's sister, son, daughter in law and cute baby grandson Adi. Would recommend Lucky Villa.

Lucky Villa boasts an exceptional location, slightly set back from the main road, offering tranquility and a stunning view of the rice fields and the iconic Lion Rock! The manager and her family are unbelievably kind and welcoming! You can book all of Sigiriya’s iconic activities directly at the villa, as well as all your meals (slightly more expensive than in town, but totally worth it — the food is delicious!). And special mention for the complimentary breakfast — it’s an absolute treat!” All the room facilities are very practical, and the bed is m comfortable! There are hammocks outside where you can fully unwind, plus a treehouse with a stunning, unobstructed view of the rock! Hightly recommended !
