Worst experience.. The owner increased the price .. Then what was showing on site .. AC charge different.. No clearness As it was night time he was taking advantage asking for more more money for everything.. This should not have been done we wer with our wife's .. Block this stay forever

Everything as described. Clean room, helpfull owner, hot running water. Walkable distance to Lion Rock and Pidurangala. We were satisfied :)

The room was absolutely fantastic, so comfortable. The breakfast was affordable and very tasty. The area was surrounded by nature and the owners were so sweet. Also there were some cute doggos!

Lovely family with very nice and social kids. Sanath is really helpful with helping you organize and plan transportation or activities. For example, he helped me organize a night safari (9.30pm till 2pm; I saw elephants, owl, civet, deer, slender loris, rabbits, turtle). He also drove me to Pidurangula rock for sunrise. Breakfast and dinner were both good and a lot. I felt like a princess in the gorgeous bed!

Our host was amazing for arranging our staying in Sigiriya. We enjoyed our staying there especially nature, night safari, bird watching (village tour). Night safari is a nice night journey trough the jungle on jeep. We've seen wild cat and fish cat.

Owner and his kids were very kind and helpful! Room was clean.

Warm welcome from the gorgeous family, spotlessly clean room with 4 poster bed for mosquito net. Sanath helped with advice on tours, and dropped me at various places in his tuk tuk for a good price. Delicious and good value evening meals

Good and big breakfast The place was clean and comfortable. Quality/price was perfect The location is a bit far but thanks to this it was calm and chill

The host and his family were incredibly sweet and offered wonderful hospitality. The location is very convenient—just a short distance from Lion Rock. As a couple, we truly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this place to others. Everything was perfect!!!

Very friendly and helpful, was a sense of the real Sri Lanka and an amazing experience, Got to play cricket with the boys, which was great and organiser safari trip and tuk tuks for us, also the dinner was lovely we had an amazing experience. Value for money is unbelievable.

The family are so warm and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay here! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, the food was delicious, we ate dinner there all 3 nights of our stay. Would highly recommend the night safari, we saw a jungle cat, fishing cats and owls. The owner also took us up Pidurangala rock which was lovely, and arranged / took us out in his TukTuk. All these extras were a very good price. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for such a wonderful time!

The accomodation is perfect, room clean and simple. The family is incredibly warm, welcoming and ready to help, the kids are so lovely and fun! The food was simply unreal. The location is so peaceful, far from the road and center (you will need bike or tuk tuk to move around). Highly recommended staying here!

A Beautiful Stay at an Unbeatable Price! This place is a hidden gem—just minutes from Sigiriya Rock and surrounded by great restaurants. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with excellent facilities. What truly made our stay special was the incredibly kind and hospitable family who runs the place. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The wife was especially welcoming—even preparing a delicious late breakfast for us after our early morning safari! The husband also helped arrange a fantastic tour for us, guided by the wife’s nephew, who was equally wonderful. I highly recommend taking the tour with him—it was one of the highlights of our trip! Their children were also delightful—very polite, spoke excellent English, and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The whole family made us feel like part of their home.
