The chalets are a nature paradise with monkeys swinging in the trees around our tree house chalets. The breakfast was delicious Sri Lankan classics! Our host Amila was the most amazing host!! He sorted everything out for us with the best prices we could find. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay in sigiriya. And the rest of the staff are all lovely too! 10/10 would stay again <3

Very tranquil place with a wonderful veranda to relax on and hammocks to chill in. Breakfast was great too! Owner was friendly and helpful as well

I had an amazing stay at Chena Huts Eco Resort in Sigiriya. The owner was one of the kindest and most helpful people I met during my trip to Sri Lanka. He always checked on me, helped organize activities, planned everything perfectly, and made sure I enjoyed the city to the fullest. He even helped with my laundry and was always available whenever I needed anything. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and made with so much care. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality and kindness. You truly made my stay special, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sigiriya!

Amazing huts in the middle of the jungle - the owner is very friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions immediately and arranged lifts when I needed them. The food is great, and it all feels like you’re immersed in nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Chena Huts Eco Resort. The huts are beautifully located with outside seating area from which we could spot beautiful birds and enjoy the nature. Also all major hiking activities in Sigiriya can easily be reached from the location. Amila and all staff members are so friendly and helpful and helped us organized transport to and from Sigiriya as well as a Safari to one of the wild Elephant parks. The breakfast was also very delicious!

“Nice host of beautiful huts in a great location”

The huts were extremely nice, we had a great view and saw a big variety of birds directly from our terrace. e.g. the Mahaberhornbird. The host was extremely helpful, gave us many valuable recommendations for tours and always organized us drivers. The breakfast was also super nice and always much more than we could eat.

We had Chalet 3, where we had free view to Lion Rock. The breakfast was sooo authentic and delicious! The host is very friendly and helpful! He arranged us a safari, several drivers and answered to all of our questions very quickly.

The location is lovely and rural with great views of Sigirirya Lion Rock. We had a great day out when staying there, as the owner Amila kindly took us on a tour of Polonnaruwa and we saw several wild elephants on the way there and back. We were woken up to monkeys knocking on the windows. 😆

We could watch the monkeys in the trees from our balcony. The place was amazingly calm and quiet. Good breakfast too, very friendly and helpful owner. Rented a bike for a day and just drove around!

It was exactly as pictured! Huts that looked straight out into beautiful landscape and nature and you could see Sigiriya Lions Rock from your bed. It was beautiful and peaceful
