“Arrogant owner, liar and cheater !!!”

I definitely do not recommend this accommodation. The information about this accommodation is not true on the booking website. The location of the accommodation is a completely different city than indicated. The actual address is the town of Swieggi. We chose accommodation according to the location, but we wanted accommodation in Siggiewi. When we were looking for accommodation on the street according to the address given in the booking, we contacted the owner that we could not find it. It was a shock when he wrote us a completely different address in the message, even in another city. It took us 1.5 hours by local buses to get to the actual address of the accommodation (in the town of Swieggi). Probably, the owner knows exactly what he is doing when he wants to deceive people. After all, every normal owner can fill in the address of his apartment. It is also not true that you are renting the entire apartment. You will receive 1 small room with common areas from the owner. The owner lives in the apartment and almost every evening in the living room you meet other people besides the owner, probably his friends. So it's definitely not how you imagine your accommodation on vacation. When we pointed out all these things to the owner, he didn't offer any solution, he suddenly pretended that he didn't understand English and blamed booking. We did not receive any compensation from the owner. The owner refused a refund for us despite the booking request. He also ignored us and did not respond to any of our messages. It looks like the owner is doing this on purpose and just wants to trick tourists.

“Creepy man and theif”

This is not an apartment but the the shared property of the owner, with no reviews, with shared bathroom and nowhere to know about this strange situation on the description page! When we discovered this very uncomfortable situation, just few minutes after the reservation we asked for a free cancellation explaining both written and on the phone our reason and no answer was ever given neither to us nor to Booking.com personnel. Our money was taken without providing any service and no explanation was given. Be weary of this very strange man, the island is full of beautiful properties at affordable prices, with clear situation. You are warned.
