The property is in a lovely, quiet area and in a great location — close to a fuel station, small supermarket, and several great restaurants. The nearby Maui Bay Jetty is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. The room and shared areas were very clean and generally well kept. We didn’t experience any issues with bedbugs or mites, despite having read a few older reviews mentioning them. The owner was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the receptionist/housekeeper was always smiling and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. There was some construction happening on the property as new rooms were being added, but it wasn’t particularly disruptive during our stay. Overall, despite the initial disappointment, we enjoyed the property, the friendly team, and the peaceful surroundings.

Hannah was a good host, we were offered room cleaning everyday and were given suggestions on what to do in the area. The shared kitchen and dinning area was good, and we had a fridge in our room. There is also a washing machine, powder at your own cost. Overall a good stay. We enjoyed heading down to the Jetty and the local waterfall. There is a local supermarket, petrol station and restaurants, a 5 minute walk away as well. The bus stop is right outside on the main road.

Quiet place with so much to offer in the Paradise, cooking facilities provided the extra venue for Birthday Celebrations Free of Cost with all equipments such as BT Speakers, lights. Awesome 👌 please highly recommended.

“Great value accommodation in an expensive area”

Room was clean and spacious with a huge bed. Large, clean bathroom. Easy to get to from the airport. Take a Sunbeam or Pacific Transport express bus and ask to get off at Maui Palms, then walk up the signposted side road for about 200m. There's a petrol station with a cluster of restaurants, an ATM and a supermarket about 5 minutes' walk away. You will need to take a torch/phone light at night. Kitchen available for guests' use. Small but pleasant pool with sun loungers and a kids' play area. Fantastic value for the area.

The lady owner and the housekeeper Joyce were very helpful. They were available whenever you needed them. Quite welcoming and they made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
