“Beautiful place”
The place is unique and beautiful. Just has everything you need and more. From beach trollies, chairs, umbrellas and bikes this place has it all. Beach is across a very quiet road and Siesta Key Village a 5 minute stroll. Would highly recommend. We were in cottage 4 and it was great, with everything you need. Thank you Beach Point Cottages

“Stunning place”
The atmosphere is amazing. While walking my dog I had the chance to explore the neighborhood and this place stands out in the best possible way. I guess it depends on your style and what you're looking for but, for a beach town I think having a colorful, bohemian place like this adds a whole new vibe to your trip. Every day we found a new decoration accent and it was just very pleasing to be here.

“Whimsy in Siesta Key”
The property is whimsical and fun. Each time I left and returned to the property, I noticed another cool little whimsy. The room was well appointed, super clean, very comfortable, and modern. The bed was comfortable.

“The site is wonderful. Our room, Cottage 4, was too small for more than a weekend.”
The outside area was outstanding. It was like a botanical garden with the variety and number of plants, beautiful. There were many sitting areas to enjoy the gardens, fountains and pond. The room was clean and freshly painted.

The property is fantastic, quirky but very nice. Our cottage (cottage 3)was great. Good sized bedroom & bathroom & full size kitchen with breakfast bar and large living room. There’s a fantastic covered area outside with large table and chairs that’s all lit up at night. With rocking chairs and a swing seat. Also free use of paddle boards,bikes & beach chairs. The beach is great & literally across the street. It’s only a short walk to plenty of great bars and restaurants. We loved it here & would definitely recommend it.

This freestanding ground floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage includes a private fenced outdoor space with barbecue facilities. and an outdoor shower. Front room is a living room and eat in kitchen. Cottage 1 sleeps up to 4 adults in 2 King bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed for up to two small children. Three flat screen televisions. Each bedroom and the main living area have separate air conditioning controls with a quiet split system.
Cottage 2 - Two-Bedroom Ground Level with Private Covered Deck
This two-bedroom, one bathroom cottage sleeps up to 4 adults. It opens onto a large, covered deck with dining table. A queen sofa bed provides additional accommodations for up to two small children. This unit is equipped with three flat screen televisions. Quiet mini-split air conditioning with separate controls for each bedroom and the living area
Cottage 4 - Compact Studio with Kitchenette and Small Deck
This two person studio offers a deck with swing and rockers. It includes a full bathroom. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator is provided. A flat-screen TV is offered.
Cottage 5 - 2nd Floor Studio with Full Kitchen
This bright upstairs studio includes a dining and sitting area. It has a separate galley kitchen and a full bathroom. There is also a flat screen TV. Cottage 5 sleeps up to 2 adults plus a queen sofa bed for up to two children.
Cottage 6 - One-Bedroom with Private Tiki Hut outside Front Door
This ground-level accommodation has a spacious living area, with a dining area and separate kitchen. It also includes a dedicated covered tiki hut for seating and outdoor dining in the side garden just outside the front door. Cottage 6 includes 1 King bedroom plus a queen sofa bed for up to two children.

Located upstairs, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation includes an open concept living room, dining area and a full kitchen.
