Overview
The ibis Styles is located at the entrance to the city of Sierre, also known as the City of the Sun. The hotel is just off the A9 motorway and 12 km from Sion Airport. Completely renovated in 2019, all rooms at the ibis Styles Sierre offer flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The Atable restaurant and grocery shop offers Valais products and wines produced in surrounding vineyards. The property also has a 24-hour bar, a beautiful south-facing terrace, and 2 meeting rooms that can host events for up to 16 people. The ibis Styles Sierre offers covered and secure parking spaces, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. It is ideally located at the crossroads of many internationally renowned winter and summer resorts such as Crans-Montana, Nendaz, Anzère, Zermatt and Saas-Fee. Golfers will find 5 courses within 20 km away, all surrounded by vineyards and mountains in the heart of the Valais Alps.

“Disappointed”
They didn’t provide two towels, I had to complain several times and only on the next day I was able to get another towel. Shower leaks lots of water

I had to pay Sw Frcs 200 as a deposit which has NOT been returned They changed room and code late in the evening. No reception - had to make tel call to get details Something wrong with heating - freezing night

“Hidden costs and complicated check in over 3rd party website.”
You have to leave a deposit of 200Fr per room! And they charge you the booking.com fees! They wanted the money before the free cancellation date! Had to pay it over a 3rd party website! Many red flags! But didnt have a choice.. Booked for my parents. They then didnt find the key box upon arrival, bad instructions and no one was around to help. Turned out ok in the end, my parents were happy. Deposit was transfered back without problems. But I've never experienced something like this on booking.com, so will avoid.
