We stayed here during our honeymoon, and the experience surpassed our expectations on every level. SERVICE: The service was fantastic. They helped us organize our visit in Siem Reap, provided a fantastic guide, and were always available for any questions we had or help we needed. ROOM: It was beautiful and spacious, and the decor really brought out the charm of the culture of Siem Reap. They really thought about every amenity guests would not only need but also enjoy. RESTAURANT: The food was on another level -- we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks at the restaurant and did not have a single meal that wasn't short of fantastic. The attention to detail, the use of local ingredients.. Gosh! Just thinking about it again is making me tear up! I wish we were back at Sala Lodges right now.. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Can't wait to be back.

Delicious breakfast with fresh croissant and French bread. The eggs were cooked to perfection. The rooms - actually traditional Cambodian wooden lodges - are very spacious and unique in character, beautifully styled inside and with great air conditioning. It is the attention to detail in all aspects that make this hotel very special. Lovely pool and gardens, and the spa is great also. My wife and I both had wonderful massages. The staff were so friendly we felt like we were in a home away from home.

It is a chance to discover such a place. It is exeptionnal by its quality of service and equipment. It is a real palace experience, an exquisite discovery. On top of it, it remains affordable despite its exeptionnal qualities.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and grounds were stunning and perfectly maintained with lots of care and attention. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. All in all it was a perfect, peaceful and tasteful stay.

The care that Arne and Simone have put into this project is evident in every detail. They have beautifully and painstakingly reassembled and repurposed original Khmer wooden houses which are a joy and privilege to stay in. The staff are wonderful, very happy to help with any requests from organising trips, vegetarian food and even wrapping purchases. The restaurant and bar menu and service are excellent. We had a fantastic pre Christmas break and were lucky to experience perfect weather, highly recommended! Just wonderful. Thank you everyone!

Everything was amazing! The grounds, the individual houses, the small touches and the kind little gifts. This boutique hotel is run to perfection. The whole team are professional and kind and can’t do enough to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This hands down was the most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our 3 week trip to south east Asia. This is beautiful boutique hotel , with traditional houses set in lovely tropical gardens. All modern conveniences are available in the houses including a lovely swimming pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the cuisine is superb!

Green oasis in the traditional ambience of original local houses. A very nice Place to relax between or after the tours and temple visits. It has a nice pool for swimming in a beautiful garden. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and had very friendly and courteous staff and landlord. We rented one house with 3 beds for adults. At the arrival the landlord offered our 17 years old son a separate house free of charge! Our son enjoyed it a lot and felt like a king of his own castle. Thank you very much! We enjoyed the time staying there with unforgettable memories!

Everything! It is beautifully laid out. The original Cambodian houses have been modernised and decorated very tastefully. They are very comfortable and spacious. The gardens are beautifully planted and maintained. The pool is fantastic. The Sala Lodge team could not do more to be more flexible and helpful to help their guests make the most of the hotel and the city. Fabulous!

Really special place. Quiet, green and calm. Beautiful lodges- spacious, clean and very comfortable. Only short safe 10 walk to centre or rickshaws ready outside if prefer. Staff all lovely and so friendly. Lots of special touches from gifts on bed/ toiletries and free drinks in mini bar.
