I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade – such a lovely touch! Sophia was incredibly helpful in rescheduling my bus transfer, making everything smooth and stress-free. She’s always ready to assist with anything you need, even after your trip ends – completely free of charge. That kind of genuine care is rare to find. The hotel itself is aesthetically on point – from the minimalist lobby to the lush courtyard, every corner is thoughtfully designed. I also heard there's a rooftop pool and bar with stunning views – unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try them this time, but that just gives me a reason to come back! Before I left, we even took a group photo together – such a warm and memorable moment. It truly feels like a community here in Siem Reap, not just a hotel stay. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Community Hotel in Siem Reap, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and consistently professional, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with impeccable cleanliness in every area. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect place to relax after long days of exploring the temples and the city. The location is also excellent — convenient yet peaceful, allowing easy access to Siem Reap’s main attractions while still offering a calm and restful atmosphere. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. The combination of exceptional service, wonderful staff, great location, and spacious rooms makes this hotel an easy recommendation. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Siem Reap.

The staff are amazing!! The hotel felt modern and chic. The swimming pools were a nice touch to cool down after a day spent touring Angkor Wat. Loved that they had tuktuk drivers waiting outside at all times to take us into town.

The hotel is amazing! The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Every single detail was carefully cared. The afternoon tea was so lovely. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Beautiful place! The hotel tuktuk to the town for $1 was an added bonus, as well as the free organized pickup at 5am after arriving in a sleeper bus! Made our arrival all the more smooth and welcoming.

We had an amazing stay here! Our room was huge and super comfy. Jessie and all the staff were some of the friendliest people we've met and so genuinly warm and welcoming. The Angkor tours with the tuk-tuks were great - Mr Savong was a great driver and lovely man! Lovely garden restaurant and the free afternoon tea was a bonus. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

I loved this place – I even extended my stay because I felt so welcomed and cared for, which is a huge bonus when you’re a solo traveler. From the moment I arrived exhausted from a sleeper bus to the moment I left for my next one, I was treated with so much kindness. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are great as well. They change the towels every day, and you have everything you need: a fridge to store fruit or snacks, bathrobes, bathroom amenities in case you don’t have your own, and a safe (although I never felt the need to use it). The area itself is beautiful, with lots of details, art pieces, fresh lotus flowers, cozy lounge areas, and a lovely dining space. They also have an amazing restaurant in the garden where they offer free afternoon tea, snacks, and fruit — perfect for reading a book or chatting with someone. It’s not very close to the city center, but I usually walked around 25 minutes depending on where I wanted to go. Anytime, you can also ask the hotel tuk-tuk to take you to the city center for just $1 – great if you want breakfast at one of the really nice cafés with good coffee or just a city walk. The hotel food was also good. There are two pools. I didn’t use them very often, but what I really appreciated was the ability to leave my luggage and take a shower even after checkout – they have bathrooms available for guests for extra comfort. Another thing I respected a lot is that they are conscious about plastic use. They provide you with a reusable water bottle that you can refill anytime. But the most important part was the staff. Thank you so much for being so attentive (especially Anita and Jess, if I’m not mistaken), asking about my day, giving tips, or simply smiling. Human connection is one of the most valuable things nowadays, and this hotel truly understands that and treats people with genuine warmth - they're building the real community! 🤍
