Heng was a brilliant host. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were well equipped. Our highlight was the pool and the continuous flow of mango smoothies 😋 . Heng also helped us with last minute tour bookings and recommendations. Unforgettable!

“The best place to stay in Siem Reap!”

Me and my boyfriend have been travelling around Asia for the last 3 months, and we never felt as welcomed as what we did in Mango Kesararam. The rooms are spacious and clean with a comfy bed and nice shower. What really makes the place so special is the owner who goes above and beyond for all his guests. We used the pool quite regularly and when we did we were always offered complimentary coffee, smoothies, fruit etc and cold towels whenever we came back from seeing the city. 11/10!

“Charming hotel but it’s our host Heng that makes it! The only place to stay when in Siem Reap”

Beautiful, clean, peaceful. Nothing was too much trouble and Heng was so helpful and kind. I’d even left my silk sleep mask at the hotel and hadn’t realised until we were boarding our bus out of the town to Phnom Penh and Heng popped up at the front to personally hand it to me! Absolute 5* service and I’m so thankful.

“An oasis in the city”

This place is an absolute dream, we wanted to stay forever! If you are considering other options, don't. This place made Siam Reap for us! Mango Kesararam is a quiet oasis nestled in the middle of a monastery away from the busy streets of Siam Reap, but everything is within close walking distance. The whole place is clad in wood, with a stunning slate pool in the courtyard. Our room was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the AC was powerful. The bathroom was beautiful and had the best shower! Every day we had new bottles of water and a fresh cold smoothie waiting. Our highlight was Heng - the warmest, most hospitable person we have met on our travels. He was always there to greet us with a smile, gave us lots of great advice on local spots to eat and visit, and could not have been more caring. Akun, Heng 🙏

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family by Heng. We were greeted by him with lovely mango smoothies to welcome us after a long journey. The room was immaculate as was the beautiful wooden verandah to relax in. The pool was a little gem and the location was quiet but central. A delightful place to stay!

Located in a monastery, a peaceful little oasis in the midst of the noise. Heng had really great suggestions for what to do and where to go. Great recommendations for social enterprises. Room was large and comfortable and clean. Mild noise from the corridors but not a deal breaker. Would happily stay here again!

I want to give the highest rating of 10 to this wonderful hotel and especially to its tireless host Hei! He was always available for everything! He welcomed us with a mango smoothie, showed us coffees and a wonderful breakfast place! Whenever we needed something - he was there! Very nice and helpful Hei! The hotel was wonderful and very clean! The rooms are huge and very stylish! There were always at least 6 bottles of water, coffee and tea in the room! The pool and the outdoor space are perfectly designed! The hotel itself is located in the courtyard of a temple! I highly recommend this place! I left with a gift of bracelets and an elephant! The host was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Small acts of kindness went a long way, towels immediately when we returned wet in the rain, fresh mango smoothie when we returned hot and sweaty, getting our laundry done asap and when we had a 9pm checkout he welcomed us to stay in the common area for a few hours and use the shower room at no extra cost.

Big cozy room with a great bathroom! The owner is very kind and generous, he gave us lots of recommendations and always greeted us with a smile. Also good location and great price! We were given mango smoothies upon check in. Lastly the AC was very good and the bed was soft.

Exceptional hospitality from Mr. Heng. The rooms were really good and to make things excellent, Mr. Heng made really yummy and chilled mango milkshake in the afternoon.

My absolute favourite place! The owner is an absolute delight, the kindest person I've met! Provided me with fruit smoothies and the best recommendations! The room was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect for me as it wasn't near Pub Street but you could easily walk there or take a short ride on a tuktuk. I can't fault a single thing.

“Outstanding stay in Siem Reap”

A perfect place to stay, within the site of a beautiful pagoda, which means it’s a unique and authentic place to be. It’s located near good restaurants, an awesome square to go for a walking and seeing the daily life and from there walk through the canal that leads to markets, pub street and other places. Mr Heng is an amazing host! Extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Plus I would definitely recommend to when going for tours around Siem Reap to choose Se Samedy as your tuk tuk driver, he is awesome and super friendly. You can choose him by just talking to Mr Heng. Mango Kesararam will forever be in my memories and I strongly hope to come back.
