Room cleaning was only done on request, and when done only some tasks were done. Several items in the room were broken including tap and bedside table light. No milk for coffee or tea in room. Partially trickling water in the shower only. Receptionist could hardly speak English.

Quiet, clean, good facilities and super attentive staff

We had a lovely stay at Mane colonial Classic. The staff was very helpful. We contacted them before our stay and asked for a pickup from the airport. They organised a pick up for 35$. The rooms were big and mostly clean. The hotel is ideal if you don’t want to live in town, but shorter distance to Angkor Wat. The breakfast was also good. All in all a good hotel to stay for a few days.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, Supermarket (7Eleven) and Pharmacy just 30 meters away. Big room with beautiful colonial style furniture and Khmer style decoration. The hotel arranged also the transfers for a very reasonable price. The temples of Angkor, the very beautiful botanical garden and also the Angkor National museum (a must) not far away. Take a Tuk-Tuk always waiting in front of the Hotel.

“Comfortable room, smiling staff”

The Mane Colonial Classic is not one of those concrete monstrosities so we immediately felt at home. We stayed for a fortnight while we explored Angkor. The restaurant (despite what we had read) was not open in the evening but the receptionist told us of 2 good restaurants round the corner. The staff were without exception smiling and helpful. We were given a suite so I was able to work (I am a writer) in the living room. When we finally left the staff lined up at the entrance to wave us goodbye. If we go back to Siem Reap we will use Mane Colonial Classic again.

Hotel in colonial style in calm area. Very nice breakfast and a clean pool area. The staff so service minded and always ready to assist. Ms Mey at the reception was exceptional and booked tours and recommended very nice restaurants.

The room is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff is not always helpful but they have a good attitude.

Nice big rooms, excellent staff (thanks Meas for all your assistance) and good breakfast. Reasonably short trip in a tuk tuk to Angkor Watt. Pool and gym were useful. Close to some good restaurants and a 7/11.

Staff were always available, extremely helpful & friendly. Yen in particular was also available via WhatsApp to offer suggestions & help with planning trips. We had a spacious & clean room with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked to order had a good selection

“Great option for groups”

Ideal for 6 of us in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments, each with 2 bathrooms. Huge rooms and a very friendly team, always keen to help. The hotel was a bit out of "town" (which is spread out, but most tourists end up near Pub Street) but we loved our $2 tuk tuk trips. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked to order, but could have done with healthy options (eg granola).

Very helpful and friendly staff. We booked the two honeymoon suites wich were very large and due to a good lastminute deal very affordable.

The staff. At the reception during the day , they are charming smiling and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the temples during the day, to go for sunrise and sunset and to go to Siem Reap centre, Pub Street in the evening. The breakfast is not a buffet but you can order what you want on the menu.

Very comfortable hotel, we were upgraded to a family suite with a huge amount of space and 2 bathrooms! Lots of facilities and little touches like robes and a coffee pod machine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money, quiet location but easy to get to restaurants etc. There is a little convenience shop and pharmacy right next to the hotel

Very attentive staff. Had the family apartment which was nice and spacious. Pool area was nice.
