We've been traveling for 30 years and would honestly say this is the best hotel we have stayed at, at any price. The accommodation and facilities are faultless, as are the staff. They exceeded my expectations several times. It's also in a great location Book this if you can. You won't disappointed

There are lots of places to put belongings in the room. Room is large and clean. 305 was nice view. Refrigerator functioned very well.

Everything was perfect. We requested deco and cake for a birthday surprise, they did it so nicely. All the staffs spoke good English therefore no communication problem and they we do kind and helpful. I will only stay here again if im at Siem Reap, as it was also a new Hotel.

The friendliness of the staff

Great location and facilities. Staff were so accommodating and absolutely lovely. The room was big, beds were comfortable and the balcony was a real plus. Loved the massive pool, and it was so nice to enjoy this after a big day of exploring the incredible temples of the inner and outer circuits of Angkor Wat. We could not fault our stay here and felt very safe and cared for throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to come back here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here...

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They cannot do enough for you. Chan Na and Daliza on reception always there with a smile and want to help in any way they can. But ALL the staff were amazing. Pool area lovely, room nice, breakfast good with a great selection, cafe next door with great cakes!

Great location- close to the busy parts of the city but far enough away to be quiet for sleeping/relaxing. Clean throughout with very attentive staff.

The hotel is well located, with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was a good size and bed was great (we like a firm bed). we were 1st floor poolside and the pool was brilliant. All staff were excellent and food was top notch.

This was my second time at BOUTIQUE. Without doubt it was the genuine interest all the staff took in making my 13 day stay special that brought me back again (and I've already booked for March 26!) As another reviewer mentioned, being welcomed back by name after any outing, and having genuine conversations, made the whole experience feel like I was part of the family. Nothing formal or "stuffy" about this 5-star resort. As a 72 year old with ceramic hips and crook knees I still often strolled to, or from, Pub Street. The streets are wide and well lit and I never once felt unsafe. The hotel room I had was huge and with a long bench/desk that was really handy - see hotel photos. Buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. Yeah I agree - pillows are hard so I brought my own!!! Suggest you sample VIVA MEXICAN restaurant near the Old Markets/Pub Street early in your stay. Might sound a counter-intuitive choice to experience the nuances of Cambodian culinary delights but trust me (!!) their range of local, other Asian and International dishes is outstanding and quality, presentation and price amazing. TO RETURN ... FIRST YOU HAVE TO LEAVE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was very very friendly. Rooms were really clean and big. And breakfast was very varied and delicious!

Hotel was very clean and had everythung you needed. Staff were brillaint very helpful and you could whatsapp for anything you needed. Location was good for getting around Siem Reap.

Lovely hotel with great facilities and dining areas. Staff were very attentive and also helped me greatly when I broke my ankle, accompanying me to the hospital and making sure that I was transported to and from safely. The hotel provided me with a wheelchair for the remainder of my stay which was very helpful.
