“Durty, negligted, noisy.”
The reception lied to justify a very late check-in (3 p.m.) by saying that the room was being cleaned. In fact, we found a very dirty room. Disgusting floor and bathroom. Everything is old and ugly. Such a messy place. The "garden" is extremely dilapidated, the lawn is in ruins, it looks like an abandoned building site. Howling and barks dogs at night. This situation was a shame in front of my husband. Look at my pictures.

Cool guesthouse with Japanese guests and staff. Very friendly and kind guys. In the evenings, they have a shared dinner and board games). Draft beer $ 0.5 until 22 hours, just awesome))

The hosts were kind to us and helpful, they gave us a room upgrade for free because our actual room wasn't available. The place is in a more or less local hood :)

“GOOD GUESTHOUSE !!”
It was a very good stay. Japanese and Cambodian staff were kind and friendly. Laundry service is also very convenient. It was nice to have beer for $1 at the on-site restaurant. It has a low 1.0 review, I don't know why. It would be a harassing review. I give a 10.0 review. Thank you for a very nice stay.
