“Beautiful retreat in the heart of Siem reap”

Angkor Heart Bungalow is a beautiful, tranquil place to stay in the heart of Siem Reap. The grounds are lovely, the bungalows are comfortable, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Minea, who was amazing from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. She truly made our experience even more memorable. We would happily stay here again.

The best part of the property is the warm welcome and exceptional service from both Mini and our driver who collected us from the airport The property has a beautiful breakfast delivered to your balcony and I didn’t even realise we had our own pool

“Great staff, private pool, city centre easily accessible”

The beds were super comfy and the staff went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. They gave us complementary fruits and drinks every day after we returned from various day trips.

I was extremely happy with my stay at Angkor Heart Private Bungalows as i was also upgraded to private bungalows due to Angkor Heart Bungalows being renovated in low season. the staff Minea was really lovely & extremely helpful with anything I required. A very quiet secluded location that was very peaceful & not far from the centre of town.

“Absolutely fabulous stay can’t recommend enough”

Everything during our stay was amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. Mini was especially helpful and organised anything we required. Taxis to and from the airport were sorted, taxis to and from Pub street were sorted, it was brilliant. The food was all lovely, the rooms were lovely and I highly recommend getting a massage!

Nothing was any trouble for the staff we asked for another mattress as ours was hard they changed it no problem the pool was clean and so warm breakfast served on the table outside at the time you ask for ,ken who picked us up was great knows alot about places lovley man

“SR paradise”

Amazing 5* place with a absolutely great service. You feel you are treated as a king. Upgrades, snacks, tours and tuk-tuk managing, helping with everything. Free airport pick up (or drop off) and very tasty breakfasts.

Lovely natural wooden huts so natural very comfortable, lovely beds and good air con. Service wow. Always on hand in seconds with anything . Was almost like all inclusive, just ask and it’s there and at amazing value. Laundry beer food water breakfast tuk tuk etc etc, peacefull tranquil , outdoor shower nice pool. The service was incredible and the bungalows were very comfortable. Also, the food was delicious. It was a perfect family stay.

“Definite winner”

Secluded, with private pool. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Ensured transport organised for various activities. Fruit platters were delicious.

If I could rate this hotel with 11 I would, even if the was a once in a lifetime thing to rate a 11. Our stay there was fabulous. Great and friendly staff, a private pool and good food 👌 I wouldn't change a thing, we'll maybe I would bring more time next time. Thank you for everything, we loved it and we will be back.

“Everything I could have hoped for as a solo female traveller with a particular food intolerance”

Incredible hospitality, delicious food, tranquil location. The service with warmth and kindness was above and beyond and I loved having meals on the balcony plus luscious fruit and snacks delivered each time I returned from an outing. And the arrangements for guide, driver, transfers and itinerary were all made to my requests. Superb.

Nana and his Crew are amazing. They took care of everything and are the most friendly people. Special Thanks to Thea Ry our TukTuk driver who was so accomodating and Patient with us during all our many trips with him. Rooms were spotless clean and we even got presents when we checked out.

“Worth every penny”

This place was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. The bungalow is huge for 2 people, very tidy and clean. Breakfast served on our deck was delicious and the extra fruit platters and juice on arrival and when returning from a hot day at the temples was just what we needed. The private pool was big and surrounded by nature makes you feel like your in paradise. They provided free pick up from airport and free tuk tuk to pub street in the evening. The farewell gift was a nice touch too. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back again.

Minnie and the team took great care of us, arranging breakfast, temple tours with our fantastic driver ‘Mister Bean’ and bringing breakfast and fresh fruit after a long a dusty day of temple bashing. First class service. The private pool bungalows are about 200m down from the main resort.

“Good value for money for a nice stay in Angkor Wat”

Quite simple Bungalows, the bed was quite hard but didn’t feel uncomfortable to sleep. Nice pool, not many people, as I guess many went to some tours. Very friendly stuff. I guess, over all, good value for money.

“Lovely tranquil location within easy distance of Angkor Wat”

We loved the tranquil location as it is down a little country lane and the honeymoon lodge that we had was surrounded by trees. Although there isn’t much on the doorstep they do provide free tuk tuks to Pub Street at night and it’s only €2 for the return journey. Meals are served on the balcony which was lovely and the available food and drinks was excellent value , as was the spa treatments. Breakfast is ordered the night before and again served to your balcony.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was really great: the room, the atmosphere, the location, and the service. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Minea, who took such great care of us during our stay. She was incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. Thanks to her, our experience was even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily come back!
