The owner is trying to blame us for the damage to the ground floor, which was already there when we arrived. No one asked us to come to the house before moving in so we could point out the damage... be careful of the lady, we lost the 200 euro deposit thanks to her. Have a nice day.

“Great base-camp for adventures into Berchtesgaden”
Location was fantastic as a base of operations for hikes and days out in the berchtesgaden region. Plenty of parking and just a short drive from local super markets. Very cozy a-frame build with good space for six to enjoy entertainment (bluetooth speaker, and large sofa) Peaceful morning views from the balcony with the faint chime of cattle grazing nearby. Really comfortable beds and rooms, with plenty of room to store clothes and coats. Price was very reasonable, especially compared to other options in the area Petra, our host, was very nice and was a pleasure to chat to and understood our English perfectly.
