“Exceeded expectations”

The location was excellent, close to both Alexandria and El Alamein, and the villa is directly on the beachfront. The beach was very quiet during our stay, and at times it felt like we had it all to ourselves. The villa itself was clean, recently refurbished, and well equipped with all the kitchen tools and utensils we needed. It had three large bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, four bathrooms with showers, and a spacious living room with a lovely view of the beach. The owner was very polite, helpful, and accommodating whenever we needed anything. The beach was clean, the water was beautiful, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The compound also had useful facilities, including a supermarket. We visited as a family and enjoyed the sea-view garden, and the children especially liked the small private pool.

I really enjoyed my stay. The villa itself is great and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I also really appreciated the owner’s communication — he was very respectful, responsive, and made sure everything was arranged smoothly for us. He was always helpful and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

The property was like paradise on earth, the location is just extremely beautiful. If you are a sea lover , this place is just for you , you can see the sea even from the kitchen, I would like to thank Mr Omar the host for all his help and great hospitality. The place was so clean with all the facilities that would guarantee you a relaxing calm stay.

“Great Villa for a family vibe and relaxing beach time”

The villa was really great and had a beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed it a lot! It is quite big and very specious We were 7 adults and 4 kids and it was big enough to accommodate all of us. The villa has most of the needed equipment, such as Microwave, oven, washing machine, air fryer, etc. It has as well 4 bathrooms which an amazing thing for a big family. The owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to all our needs, so thanks a lot. Overall a great deal definitely.

We enjoyed our one night stay at villa Amoun. It is a clean and beautiful villa, with a lovely view of the sea. The villa is well equipped, and everything is working well. The host is very kind and respectful.

This was our third stay and the hosts have taken on board comments from the past. This time we went straight through the gate without having to give passport information which was so much better. The bathrooms have been improved with glass screens and there are more pots and pans etc. It's a wonderful location right on the beach and we had such a relaxing time.

Everything, the view is mesmerising, dreamy and seems like fresh out of a movie. vila is well kept and well furnished, the private pool was small but clean and cozy, the entrie experience is amazing and the host was friendly and respectful, will surely come back again for more.

The view is wonderful, and the sea is clearly visible from inside the villa. The place is very clean and tidy and has all the necessary needs, including cooking utensils, entertainment channels، air conditions, and a mini pool inside the villa Also, there are ball courts and cycling in the compound. The owner and their representatives are very helpful and got quick responses to all the requirements. We enjoyed this trip very much. I recommend that you try it.

“A very relaxing weekend spent here right on the beach.”

The location is fantastic; the garden is North facing and looks directly out over the sea. Quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable. The hosts are regularly in touch to make sure your stay is comfortable. The layout is very good and the kitchen has good facilities. Having a car is an advantage to get to the entertainment nearby with crazy golf, restaurants, bowling and even axe throwing! All three bedrooms are en-suite and the main bedroom has lovely views over the garden and beach.

The place is very clean and spacious. People are awesome and so helpful.

The villa is located directly at the beach We had enjoyed an incredible sea view from the villa. The 3 rooms had their own bathrooms. The Compound is nice, wide, well organized , well maintained and has all what you need inside The Owner is decent and kind person.

“Lovely weekend stay”

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. The villa looks out onto the beach and the doors open out to let in the sea air. The villa is very clean and well looked after. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet (we went off season). It helps to have your own transport as there is not much on site but a mall is a short drive away. Good communication from the host.

The villa is located directly on the beachfront. Two of the bedrooms and the living room overlook the beach with magnificent sea views. All essential cooking utensils are available, and appliances are in very good condition. A swimming pool is available very near to the villa. The compound has the main services (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery,...).The host was keen to get feedback and recommendations. Very smooth check-in and check-out procedures
