Staff all over the hotel place was really nice, decent & helpful specially mr. Mohamed at reception desk, location was nice and three swimming pools including one with aqua were really great.

“Simple but great place to say”
Aura is located in an upper (expensive) part of Egypt - so you might be a bit disappointed with the Hotel, given the price. We paid 150eur / night - although it is not cheap (for Egypt), in Sahel/North Coast, many other hotels cost 10x more, so you need to adjust your expectations. Besides this, Aura is a nice, simple hotel - if you planning to spend a few nights and have friends in other compounds around, it is perfect

No Wifi in the rooms, One has to sit in the lobby to connect to a weak signal. Mosquitos around made sure that you dont sit too long.

The staff are very friendly, cooperative and polit. The room is clean and air-condition is fine. The hotel have a nice swimming pool and if you have kids they can enjoy the water slides

Breakfast is average and need more variety .. We are in a summer time so the breakfast buffet need to be extended to 11 Location is very good
