“A hidden gem”

A hidden gem in a quiet location. Close to everything but just enough out of the Side Old Town to leave the hustle and bustle. The property was spotless and the rooms were great with AC and a shower room. The owner, Byukser, was fantastic; very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The Turkish breakfast each morning along with endless coffees was most appreciated! Highly recommended.

“Wonderful”

Yukser Pension is the loveliest place with a really great host. It is such a pretty house right in amongst the ancient ruins. Breakfast served in the garden. Plenty of food though and freshly cooked by a lovely lady. The location is in the most perfect spot with minutes walk to the sea and a small beach. Further on there are restaurants and shops. We absolutely adore this place and Bulent, our host cannot be faulted . If you’re looking for typical Turkish hospitality without being flash then look no further.

A wonderful place for a quiet rest, an excellent location right by the sea, situated in a quiet area, away from the tourist streets. A wonderful breakfast, and a compact but comfortable room. A very hospitable host!

“Perfect stay in Side”

We had the most wonderful stay here, a beautiful guest house with a lovely host. Everything from start to finish was perfect and we didn't want to leave! It's a stones throw from the beach and there are hundreds of restaurants around, granted some expensive as it's a tourist area. You don't feel overwhelmed by tourists as it's on a quiet street but you can easily walk to old town in 10 minutes. I highly recommend Adelfia bakery near by which has delicious sandwiches and cakes. The room was comfortable and the bed was made every day, it had everything we needed and an ensuite bathroom. The garden is beautiful and it was lovely to have breakfast there everyday - the breakfast included in the rate is absolutely delicious and set us up for the day. It was also my birthday whilst we were there and the host really treated us, which was extremely kind. We felt like friends when we left! This is a very affordable (for the area) BnB in a beautiful location and makes you feel like you're at home.

Lovely host of the guesthouse made us very welcome and we enjoyed being there very much . Great location few steps away from a gorgeous small sandy beach … early morning swims before breakfast very easy ! Delicious traditional Turk breakfast . The terrace is so cozy and beautiful any time of day or evening . Thank you 🙏👌

“Perfect and cozy stay in Side Oldtown”

The cozy atmosphere and the friendly host. The breakfast was amazing. The garden and the location are perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely 'home'. Wonderful hosts. Two minute walk to beach and close to many restaurants and shops in ancient Side. Delicious breakfast and a much appreciated honesty fridge full of cold water, soft drinks, beers and wine. The garden is such a lovely, peaceful area to relax with shade and fruit trees. The room was basic but very clean and very comfortable with air con. Bulant was always on hand to help if needed and offer recommendations on things to do or see. He helped greatly when our airport transfer didn't turn up at 6am. So very much appreciated. I would recommend this place 100%.

“Perfect little getaway place. Close to everything you need, but tranquil”

Great location, lovely homely feel. Easy walking distance to the ruins and beaches. One beach is 2 mins away. Other beach about 8 mins. Short stroll to town area. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful with queries.

A hidden gem! Absolutely beautiful pansiyon, the garden feels like from a fairytale. Very cozy atmosphere with so much character. We stayed as a group of four ladies and we felt very safe, looked after, and loved the beach 30 seconds away! Host was very very kind and hospitable and the housekeeper was so sweet and nice. 10/10!!!

“Fairytail in old Side”

Very beautiful und quiet place in the middle of old Side. The sea is brilliant and in the near of the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and made with love. Dear Bülent, we will come back. Thank you very much for your attention and your wish to make our vacation so pleasant. It was really very very good.

We stayed 10 days at this small, cozy hotel and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect – just one minute from a beautiful, clean beach with crystal-clear water. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The same lovely woman who made our breakfast also cleaned the rooms every day – everything was spotless and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the personal atmosphere made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

I cannot rate Yusker Pansiyon highly enough. Our host was very kind and attentive. The breakfast was exceptional. A short walk to the beach and the lovely town of Side. We would definitely stay again.

“Perfect, peacefull and a great stay”

In a quiet spot away from Side centre yet close enough to get to the town in 5 mins. Only 50metres walk to a beach with cafe/ bar. Lovely cottage style building with breakfast served in a courtyard area outside. A perfect Turkish breakfast and plentyfull. This place is a quiet oasis in the busy town of Side. Host Bulent very helpful and great to chat to. My go to place next time in Side

The pension is very close to the old town of Side, close to all important places but in the same time it is in the peaceful location, far from the noise. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the close surroundings, the beaches are also few meters from the accommodation. The breakfast included in the price was really excellent with a big choice of various meals prepared at home, everybody will find there what she/he likes :). There is a possibility of buying bottled water directly at the pension. The owners are very nice, kind people, ready to help with all the requests. They made my stay even more pleasant, thank you very much! :) I recommend to everybody who wants to stay in a quiet place but very close to everything. I recommend the Long Beach not far from the accomodation, where you can find a free place on the public area, or some private beaches with sunbeds and bars.

Strongly recommend! Though the rooms might seem small (which is clearly stated in the description), they are cozy, air-conditioned and impeccably clean. Bottled water, soft drinks and beverages were in the common fridge for a reasonable price. What we loved most was excellent breakfasts (parmaklarını yersin 😊) on the sofas in the front yard, a wonderful fruit garden in the back yard to relax, read, work or play with “sneaky” turtles that occasionally break in to ruin the kitchen garden. Yukser Pansion is located in the center of the ancient Side, which makes it an ideal location to fulfil your innate desire for exploration and adventure. Nar Beach is 50 meters away (blue flag, good smooth entry, almost no waves, a sunbed + umbrella - 100 liras a day). If you go a little further to the left through the arch in the restaurant (do not remember its name), you can get to a large wild beach (we went once to have a talk with volunteers who guard turtle nests). There are many restaurants and coffee shops around, large and small – with very friendly and hospitable people. If you like walking longer distances, it is easy to get to the restaurants for locals – they are cheaper and very delicious. The host, Bülent (sorry if I have misspelt the name) is very welcoming, considerate, with good sense of humor. We loved our vacation here so much that we dream of coming back next year in the second half of September to catch the Aspendos Opera Festival. Teşekkür ederim!
