It’s a very clean hotel with nice staff, food is amazing

“Great stay overall, but some staff need improvement”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were decent, though the bathrooms felt a bit dated, but still functional. The swimming pool was pleasant and never overcrowded, even though we visited during the peak season at the end of July. The beach was another highlight - plenty of space, comfortable chairs, and, most importantly, clean water. Having stayed at other hotels in the Side area, I can confidently say the seaside here is the best. The food was a standout with a wide variety each day. They grilled fresh meat and fish in front of guests, had a dedicated chef just for salads, and made omelettes to order every morning—something I enjoyed almost daily. The wait staff were generally nice and helpful, although at times they seemed a bit overwhelmed, requiring some patience on our part. Still, the service wasn't overly slow. The hotel offered many activities throughout the day, including aqua gym sessions in the pool or sea, beach gymnastics, bocce, and volleyball. There was even a fun foam party. Evenings were lively with entertainment like Brazilian dance performances, acrobatics, and a fantastic white party. The animation team did a great job keeping guests engaged without being overly pushy. We were particularly impressed by the blonde Russian girl and the brunette girl who did the afternoon aqua gym sessions in the swimming pool.

Comfortable sandy beach with enough umbrellas and sun loungers. Large sunshades. Beach bar with enough food and drinks, which makes it possible to stay on the beach all day. 2 hotels are served, there are enough places for everyone. Walking distance to the sea is 5 minutes, but there is also a car that constantly carries those who do not like to walk. The food is normal, basically everything is there. There is a safe in the room, enough water and bathroom accessories. The elevator worked without problems, good internet. Beautiful lobby in the hotel and a bar that is always open. Slides for children, ice cream. Standard daily room cleaning. Water in the shower without problems and good air conditioning.

“Very good 4* Hotel, close to the sea. Deutsch oriented.”

We liked everything in this hotel - we had never stayed in such good 4* Hotels in Turkey! The hotel exceeded our expectations in food diversity, servicing of personal, waiters in restaurants were so nice and complaisant - I've never met such service before, really)) The distance from exit to the beach - I would say 250m, and even this distance you could be droven by golf-car, it drives every 2-3 minutes. Rooms were cleaned every day, all bath accessories were changed and added in time, we always had water in our fridge, which we found broken, but while we had lunch - it was changed without delay. As I told - very big diversity of food, in addition - ice cream at the swimming pool, ice cream for the dinner in the restaurant, our son was amazed with it. Clear sand beach, solid sun canopies, very warm water. Personal speak mostly Deutsch, a little bit English.

“Very relaxing!”

Very comfortable, close to the beach (which is sandy not rocky) and has a great over water area with plenty of deck chairs. Not hard at all to get a chair and shade. The pool was good and the water slides are actually better than they look in the photos - we are in our early 50s and our 21 year old daughter found them really fun (not too many stairs to climb ha ha). The food was amazing - my daughter has serious food allergies and they catered for her with no trouble at all. The staff were great too. The time we were there it wasn’t a crazy party hotel - the clientele were mostly older, but there was music which was good. All in all we had a great 3 days there.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. Hotel is close to the beach and to Side with easy access to local buses.

Like the small hotel, not too crowded, quiet and nice

Villa Side Hotel is very pleasant to be in - by this I mean even visually, the hotel is light, pleasantly small, gives friendly vibes. Especially very friendly staff makes the stay enjoyable. The hotel is maybe 5 minutes away from private beach, but anyway there's a small golf car, which commutes constantly from the hotel to the beach and back, so at the end we walked there maybe three times in total (especially fun for kids). The beach itself is also great - fine sand, umbrellas and sunbeds for everyone and also restaurant, where food at lunchtime or drinks almost all day long is served. Food is really lovely, at the end of the second week the breakfast seemed a little monotonous, but otherwise good variety - plenty of sauces, meats, veggies, herbs, pickles, sweets, pastry.

Good location. Good wide beach. Send is clean, no rocks, shells. A lot of space for walking, running. Food is amazing. So many activities, beverages.

Very friendly stuff at the restaurants, great varierty of food in the hotel and at the beach restaurants, good animator at the disco for kids (Celine), very clean beach and good sunbeds, very good photographer, clean rooms, fresh water in minibar

“Summer holiday”

We arrived early in the morning and we received our bracelets, so we could use straight away all the facilities. At first we were given a room without balcony but they changed the next day. (We booked with a balcony) Food - good selection, also at the beach during the afternoon. Service - as everywhere you have good employees and not so good one. Special thanks to Yasar (Restaurant) and Hassan, they made our holiday special. My boyfriend had a birthday and we recieved a birthday card and a wine - thank you very much for the gift. We also liked that there was always a free place next to the pool or on the beach so you never had to reserve a seat in advance.

“Good food, calm atmosphere!”

Food variety was very good, lots of meat and vegetarian options. It was never boring. Staff were very lovely in the kitchen and bar. Entertainment was average.

The staff were generally amazing....specifically Huseyin. He was the absolute best, always smiley and lovely. He greeted everyone with a smile and remembered each order, honestly wonderful. Ali was also great and so was Dilan. There was a good selection of food which was really great! You can get sunbeds at the pool which is great, the bar is also very close.

The staff kindness, the pool facilities, the all inclusive is extra the whole day from breakfast to the night with snacks and ice cream for kids, the distance to beach and the free transport (walking 3 minutes). Food is diverse and the staff are helpful. Opportunity to use 5 star hotel (Side village) for kids activities and show. Not for slides.
