“Family friendly, great acces to beach and beautiful house”

Absolutely amazing stay here. Great location. Really handy having two toilets. The hosts were fantastic with recommendations, tips and advice. They made our stay even more special. Parking was right outside the villa. Really friendly neighbourhood. Felt very safe with my family. Lovely facilities in the villa. The outdoor space was especially lovely and comfortable. We had such an amazing time at the villa and we really hope to stay again in the future. The beach was clean, quiet and close. The paved path goes quite far down the beach which made it easy to travel with prams. The sea was very nice to swim in. Mix of pebble and sandy beach. The cafe on the beach did delicious gozleme - definitely recommend the potatoe one.

The host is very responsive and offers helpful tips! we were able to find the nearest beach through the underground tunnel passage. the environment is quite and joyful. it might be hot but just turn on the ACs.

A very cozy and comfortable private villa in a quiet place, away from the noisy tourist places. It was a perfect family holiday with two children (5 and 8 years old). The road to the beach is easy and short. The beach is very clean and uncrowded. At the beginning of the season, we were almost alone - and it was wonderful! Clean sea. On the beach in the open access sun loungers, umbrellas, shower ... very convenient. The villa is surrounded by a small garden, so when it was hot outside, the villa was cool and accompanied by birds singing. It was amazing! Very hospitable and attentive hosts. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The location of the villa is also good - not far from Side, and a little further from Alanya. There was a public transport connection, but I would recommend to rent a car, to be more free to travel around. We rented a car and without any problems explored nearby locations and in 1.5 hours we got to the Land of Legends park. It was an amazing holiday. We had wonderful days here.

“Lovely house - ideal base for Side & Alanya trips!”

The place is cosy, old family house in the very nice are - closer to beach (300 m). This is great place for family or Group of friends trip. You have 3 seperate rooms, two toilets and salon with Kitchen. On Kitchen lever there is also a small terrace with furniture - great for dinner. Second terrace is on the roof. There is a planty of space for 4-5 persons. Nearby you will find beach bar - not tourist focused one but rather for locals. Offer is not very extensive but with very interesting local food and very cheap (like really really cheap). You can easy park your Car on the Street and you need a Car, because the house is located a little off the nearby city. There are few hotels nearby but the shop/market is like 6 km away. In general we had great time - the house is located 24 km from Side and 40 km from Alanya. Great place to visit both locations.

We liked it all. Esra and Erhan are great people. They helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend to stay at their place and will definitely come again. The area is very quiet, the sea is clean and the private beach is not crowded at all. Our family enjoyed it.

Everything. It was the best time to come. It's the end of the season. Not many holiday makers about. It was nice and peaceful. We had the beach to ourselves. Snorkeling everyday. Bliss. We're definitely coming back. Thanks for everything 👍😍😁

The villa provides cozy garden and a terrace with barbeque that truly make you feel like you're in vacation. The villa itself is well-furnished. With three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, it felt like a home away from home. The terrace with sunbeds on the top floor is a good spot if you lazy enough to go to the beach. Special thanks to Esra and Erhan for their hospitality during our stay. Their willingness to provide information and assist us with any needs greatly enhanced our experience.
