Breakfast was very good. Location excellent! Swimming pool was warm in early april.

Value for money and the location

Both hotels, the Palace and the Style were lovely, great ambience. The hotels have bought the Well Palace next door too, another great hotel. The reception, bar and restaurant and housekeeping staff all great. We would like to especially mention the bar staff at the Royal lobby area who were particularly attentive and kind. The coffee shop and the patisserie were fabulous.

“Dated hotel disappointing stay”

The price was excellent and location was handy for our needs. The coffeeshop was a bonus but the inability to eat any meals poolside was very disappointing. The entertainment staff during the day were engaging and very friendly.

Room was very good a TV and free mini bar was great I could only access BBC world service the entertainment team were poor and restaurant meals were continental and not English

Everything was good.

There are fewer positives but the positives are BIG! - The staff are very friendly and helpful - While most guests are German and hence the staff speak mostly German, they made an effort to speak English to us - The duvet sculptures (swans, hearts etc) by the housekeepers made us smile - The food was brilliant - great quality and variety. I fear we all put on some weight this week! This was the biggest positive - The beds were comfy and the rooms clean - Loved the tea corner where you can make great quality tea yourself - Great service and selection at the lobby bar

“Perfect Hotel in Side”

Hotel is situated a few hundred meters from the beach, shuttle service is available. Hotel staff incl reception, animators, waiters are friendly and helpful. Cleanness is a top priority at the hotel incl. the beach part as well. Good programs for small kids. Food is good and various. Evening events are also fine.

Animation team and evening shows. Everything you need is within walking distance. Opportunity to eat at the night.

Hotel is fabulous, always been cleaned, room was spotless, most of the staff were always happy to help and support you ,the pools were very clean and well looked after

Everything was great except the power going off at night every few minutes. Not sure if it was a hotel problem or area problem. Besides that staff were great and the reception gentleman helped us a lot trying to locate our lost luggage by allowing us to use his phone upon arrival.
