There is no more queue to get coffee as the coffee machines have been renewed. Thank you! The bar and extra bar folks are truly great and kind. The food is also excellent.

Frontdesk staff under suffiency as all questions are to be responded by superiors, so basically not their fault but company policy. I could however generlize "not looking customers in the eye" wherever youa approach them and whichever hotel I select which is something the industry should look into trainingwise

The location is great, it’s 20 minutes from the historic centre and the beach. In general we enjoyed our stay, breakfast and dinner is very nice, the room is quite spacious and well-equipped. The beach is perfect!

Clean, modern rooms (though a little small) and an excellent spa facility. High quality hotel refurb clearly been done in the last couple years. Regular free bus shuttle to the beach with free loungers included.

“Excellent”
Good location, but not at the seaside. Rooms were cleaned daily, friendly, cooperative and helpful staff. Excellent food, especially fruits and vegetables, delicious meat and fish. The beach was fantastic and never too crowded. Free loungers all the time, no problem with finding shadows. Superbly spa facility-offers a large variety of massage treatments! High cleanliness standards, very professional staff. The spa is outstanding with the best natural oil therapies and I especially had an unbelievable Harem ritual session here. After few sessions of massage I get treated both physically and mentally.
