A wonderful, clean, well-maintained hotel with a convenient sandy beach. Plenty of greenery, flowers, and a beautiful, well-designed grounds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, perfectly prepared, and the selection is exceptional. The waiters are welcoming, professional, and attentive. The spa is excellent – ​​the massages were amazing, highly recommend it. We had a wonderful rest and recovered quickly.

Buffet was excellent. So much choice of food. The a la carte restaurants were also good. I booked all 3 when I checked in and got a reservation no problem. The beach restaurant was particularly good, followed by the Turkish. Lots of bars and plenty of activities going on. Location excellent. Beach lovely, sea was so warm and lovely soft sand. We went on a boat trip and that was great. Arranged by Billy's on the beach. Side town only 10 minutes taxi ride away to see the Historical ruins. There were lots of cats in the hotel (I'm a cat lover) and a cat hotel. The cats were all very behaved and got lots of attention. A lovely hotel, but in need of a few tweaks as pointed out below.

Great place with lots of facilities for kids. Food is really good as well. Our kids loved the animators, especially Handan and Iulia always did their best to make sure everyone was having a good time.

The food

General: It was all inclusive, staff is very helpful, there is a communication barrier because of language but you can manage its not a big deal. Food & Restaurants: Food is good. Plenty of options available. Once breakfast, lunch or dinner time is over they have piano bar which is 24hrs open. You can have unlimited drinks, cocktails, tea coffee etc. activities for kids and families to enjoy. Snack bar at beach opens once main restaurant closes. So you will never be hungry, there is always something to eat 😍. Beach, pools and Spa: Beach is at your footsteps. And also plenty of pools outdoor, and in winter they have indoor pool at basement level which is kept at 28 degrees warm enough to enjoy in winter also. Steam, sauna, turkish bath, hamam all available for you. Transport: And also one most important thing not mentioned anywhere but we discovered only staying there. In front of hotel there is a bus stop. They have mini buses there every 5 minutes in both directions. You can hop on for 45 lira it will get you to nearest main town which is manavgat, you can explore there, also you can take bus from mangavat to antalya city. There is another minibus from hotel stop which goes to the side ancient historical remains very beautiful scenic place, must visit there. Airport: Book a private taxi around 30 euros to the airport from Paloma Oceana. Good value for money, definitely coming back there again with children.

“Nice experience visiting Side”

Overall it is a good hotel. We spent one week in August. The weather was really hot, but in the rooms and restaurants air conditioning works good. The beach is really big , the sea was very warm so we spent all the time by the beach, didn't use the pools (they are very nice). The staff is working hard, the food is good.

It's clean.. after complained they made sure our room was cleaned well daily. The gourmet steak restaurant was impressive. The pools were nice and big.

That was my second time in this Hotel. Very clean, very good food and excellent staff.

Food selection was great, events and program for kids and evenings we enjoyed, number of pools and it was not crowded, seats always available, never in queues, great tobogans, staff very friendly and quick in serving drinks, helping with requests

Overall we had a fantastic stay, food was superb, staff lovely. The only fault I would add is that much to my surprise they allow smoking in the restaurants. It didn't affect us as we could move tables but I find it unacceptable. Didn't spoil our holiday though. Drinks are premium and the prosecco is the best I've had in a hotel. Great stay.

“Perfect”

Garden view room. Spacious room. Small but adequate bathroom. Balcony. Lovely, well kept gardens. Friendly staff. Excellent food and many choices. Different food each day. Lovely cakes, croissants, etc in patisserie. Went January 2023. Lots of cosy areas to sit, relax, read, etc. Would not hesitate to book again.
