Incredible architecture and design. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy mattress. It had everything we needed (though it’s a bit surprising that a 5-star hotel doesn’t provide body lotion). We had a room with a private pool but only used it once since we spent most of our time at the beach — just something to keep in mind 😁 There’s a wide variety of food for every taste, and everything was absolutely delicious. The property also has à la carte restaurants you can visit once during your stay (the Med and the Beach Club). At the Beach Club, there was live music every evening and entertainment every other day.

Nothing A Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay** My recent stay at this hotel was a deeply disappointing experience that fell significantly below the standards expected of an establishment claiming to offer a luxurious and high-end service. Despite what the promotional images suggest, the actual conditions were far from satisfactory. Throughout my stay, the air conditioning in the room was a constant issue. I found myself contacting the front desk repeatedly—approximately seven times each day—yet the problem was never properly resolved. On several nights, my family and I had no choice but to sleep without air conditioning, which caused considerable discomfort and distress, especially given the weather conditions. Additionally, the room—and later, the replacement room provided on the final night—suffered from a widespread insect problem, with visible cockroaches, ants, and mosquitoes present. This was not an isolated occurrence, but an indication of a general lack of hygiene across the entire hotel facility. My earlier requests to change rooms went unfulfilled until the very end of my stay, and even then, the conditions remained unchanged. The bathroom facilities were similarly disappointing. The sink drain was clogged, causing water to collect and stagnate, resulting in an unpleasant odor. The exhaust fan installed in the bathroom was non-functional, serving no real purpose beyond decoration. These issues contributed to an overall sense of neglect and discomfort throughout the accommodation. The hotel pool, which appeared impressive in photographs, was not maintained adequately in reality. Dust and debris were visible at the bottom, and patches of algae had formed on the walls—clear indicators of infrequent cleaning and poor supervision. The entertainment options, which were advertised as part of the hotel’s premium experience, were extremely limited and unremarkable.

We will rest at Paloma Finesse for the seventh time. I really like the aesthetics of the hotel buildings, rooms and landscaping. Pleasant reception staff, room cleaners. I like the food, the culture of its presentation. A real peaceful vacation.

The hotel is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to look at. The staff are brilliant and so helpful and kind. The food is immaculate with multiple variates for everyone. Also you can book your journeys with the reception with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend x

“Perfect place to relax with children”

Our 2nd visit to Paloma Finesse and we also stayed in Paloma Orenda in 2022. The hotel is perfect for a family with children: decent aquapark, territory and kids club. The staff is always friendly. No issues with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can find available even on the first line new the sea or pool.
