This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I am very satisfied. I truly liked everything. The apartments are excellent — spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Housekeeping was done every day and always at a high standard. I would especially like to highlight the staff — very friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. They create a really pleasant holiday atmosphere. The food was excellent, always tasty and varied. The pool is conveniently located close to the sea, and the beach is clean and well maintained. Overall, this is a place I would happily return to again and again. Very comfortable, cozy, and truly enjoyable for a holiday.

“Perfect for relaxing and comfortable holiday”

Everything was very nice and clean - the room was comfortable and had all what we needed. Their service was excellent - they make you feel welcome and really look after you. We got a nice little surprise in our room on the second day - fruit platter and sparkling wine. Also, excellent food and great waiting staff. They have a lot of options for vegetarians and even some options for vegans. We also enjoyed the beach area and it’s only a few minutes away from the main hotel. They provide the towels so you don’t need to bring anything.

The property was amazing, service was great. Customer service was excellent and the staff had really nice mannerism, very friendly and caring. The reception staff Yusuf Yildim and Lutfioruk were very polite and amazing, they helped me out a lot and ensured my stay at Oz Hotel was a great experience, I’m really happy with their kindness, friendliness and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Food was basic

A great double room with a terrace, it’s clean and spacious. Staff is awesome. Meals are fresh and delicious in a great variety. All was great!

“Great value for money, lovely hotel”

Beautiful, clean hotel inside and out. Great location. Good food - went with a small child and had no issues. Lots of desert options. Staff were very friendly. Atmosphere was great. Turkish baths were gorgeous. The water in the indoor pool was rather cool both times we were there (they were changing the water at 10am-13pm , you'd think they could do it very early in the morning, when none of the guest would like to use the pool). Steam room was off one time, but on the other. Clean spa and towels. Thank you Yousuf (reception), Mustafa (at the bar), Mr Memet (at the restaurant), Deniz (chez lavinia) and a special thanks to the housekeeping ladies, who made sure we were comfortable in our room 😊💐

Restaurant, spa, location, gym, personnel, entertainment program, guests - everything was amazing. I had a great time staying in this hotel with my family.

The staff were all excellent. Food very good, Room very good About 4 minutes walk to beautiful beach and sea. Beach loungers, Beach bar, Pool bar. So many good facilities. Everyone was there to make your holiday happy. Nice gentle music. Loved it

I enjoyed the stay in this hotel and can recommend it for the big families and solo travelers. The sea is very clean and warm even in late November. The ancient part of Side looks magnificent. The road to the beach and the promenade is very beautiful too. The hotel and surroundings look gorgeous. The personnel in the main restaurant are very friendly and polite. There are plenty of sunbeds round pool, and plenty of seating in bar/lobby area, which is also excellent and offers a vast majority of choices. There was some misunderstanding at the beginning, but the hotel boasts very professional receptionist, Yasmin, a young lady that can handle nearly each situation tactfully and calmly as she is aware that it can define a guest’s entire stay and leave a lasting impression on the hotel's reputation. It was not about just fixing a problem; it is about demonstrating empathy and professionalism. So, overall, it is an excellent choice for a very enjoyable winter trip.

The hotel is really nice, the mark it has on Booking.com is really deserved. Rooms are comfortable, territory is good, beach is adorable with sand, people who are working there are pleasant and ready to help.

I travel a lot all over the world but you will find a hotel like this one, everything is a perfect ten.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—truly one of my best experiences ever. The highlight is the people. From the reception team to the bartenders, chefs, waiters, and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Service is a genuine 10/10: always with a smile and always ready to help. This warmth is what makes a stay here truly special. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and everything tasting fresh and delicious. Special shoutout to the fish restaurant—highly recommended. It was a real gastronomic experience. The location is great, too. The hotel has its own beach and just a short 5-minute walk away, which made it easy to enjoy the sea every day. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole hotel feels elegant and very well maintained. You can tell the staff put real care into every detail.
