“Five Stars for Friendliness.”

Everything was great from the moment we arrived,at around 9:45 pm, even though dinner was from 7 -9pm we were told the kitchen was still open and they were happy to serve us. We were half board and were happy to discover that our meals were served a la carte and served fresh after selecting from the menu. Food was great. The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered in any hotel. Mingling with guests and getting to know them. And can't do enough for you. Yaz, the supervisor along with his buddy Ahmet ran a great team. Mustafa, Emir, and valied (sorry for the spelling). Made sure you were treated as a valued guest. Two pools, one at the front most suitable for families (with a great chute) and one at the back, quiet and more suitable for adults. Our Room a 2 bed apt, although basic, was clean spacious and comfortable with a small balcony off the two rooms at the rear and a large balcony off the lounge at the front. The bathroom was a walk in shower with plenty of hot water could be a little bit tricky getting the temperature just right though the littlest movement could mean you going from cold to very hot. But all in all a great hotel that responded quickly to any problems or queries you had and got them sorted fast.

“Relaxing stay”

Swimming pools, staffs, apartment, comfortable bed, and breakfast. The staffs always around and gave you the special deals, activities of the day which is nice.

“Value of money .”

Great value of money , great staff , all of them mention some 1 name wouldn’t do justice as all of them front and back staff are doing great job to keep guest happy .. big smiles , Front reception guys qasim and marsin .. great help full lads , Waleed in resturant great effort brilliant lad , However resturant manager i believe ,great lovly guy but a bit pushy towards booking a table with him . Which does makes me uncomfortable to pass by him again ,

Our stay at the Melissa Garden Apartments was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmet and Yas! They were so kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean. Cleaning was done every day. We had dinner included, the dishes were delicious, filling, a huge selection, and the service was excellent. One more big thanks to Ahmet! Irina and Alex

What made our stay truly special was the exceptional friendliness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you goes to Yas, Kasim, Ahmet, and Emirhan. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. No matter the time of day, they greeted guests with a smile and went out of their way to make sure everyone felt comfortable and well looked after. Their positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help with any request created a warm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel at home from the very first day. It is employees like them who turn a good holiday into a memorable one. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay. “Great low budget hotel if you like Side and Manavgat. Hotel staff excellent and caring”

For a first holiday it was good start. We had swimming pool outside our hotel, it was quiet and nice to swim in, Breakfast buffet was OK, not much of a choice, but we had cooked eggs on a side, so good start to a day. Dinner was nice too, although the menu was small.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The restaurant was excellent, delicious food, good variety, and great atmosphere during dinner tíme. Everything was fresh and well cooked. What really stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and geniunely cared about making guests happy. The entertinmenr and overall program added to the experience and created a fun atmosphere. I want to thank Yas, Ahmet, Kasim, Mustafa, and Walid for making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The restaurant was fantastic, the food was incredibly delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Every meal exceeded our expectations. The program and atmosphere were fun and made our stay even more enjoyble. The staff are very hardworking, friendly, and always welcoming with a smile. Both breakfast and dinner service were excellent quality. A special thank your to Ahmet, Yaz, Mustafa, Kasim and Walid who were incredibly profesional, kind, and attentive throughout our visit. We enjoyed every moment in the hotel and the gardens and would happily come back again. Highly recommend!

“Brilliant family holiday, everything was sorted”

Honestly, absolutely chuffed with our stay here. The half-board system is spot on—the food was brilliant every single day, proper tasty stuff. What I really liked was the pool area; usually, you have to fight for a sunbed, but there was plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The room was fully kitted out with everything we needed. We had the little one with us, so having the kitchenette was a massive lifesaver for sorting out baby food and bottles. Can’t fault it, really. Cheers for a lovely holiday

“Very pleasant stay”

Very good value for money. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location and bar/restaurant and shop which is open to 3am - ideal for getting basics if arriving late. Beach walking distance. We will definitely return.

“Perfect Holidays”

Very nice stay in Melissa Garden. Ahmet and his team are very professionnal, efficient and friendly. You feel like in family. You can ask them to help you to organise trips or activities, they have got good tips. The private beach is also very nice place to stay. The food is very good and there is show or games every evening. The pool is also nice after a very hot day.

We had a really great time at Melissa Garden and Side in general The whole team deserves big respect for their hard work every single day from the early morning, till late night, and I really mean it !. Btw, can we get Daiquiri and Tom Collins please ;)

The best part of Melissa Garden is the atmosphere that the staff create. I haven't been to a hotel before with such nice and friendly staff. We had a late check-in — around 2 AM — and were welcomed by the nicest guy, Kasim, who made sure we had everything we needed for the night. The next morning, we met the rest of the boys — Mohammad and his brother Aziz, Denis, Ahmed, among others — who were all very helpful and created a warm, friendly environment for all the guests.
