“Management needs to sort out salaries and staff manners”

The property's location was nice (4km from the Temple of Apollo). The dinners were great on Turkish, Mexican, and Asian nights. You can always find a sunbed (no need to leave your towel early morning). The beach is sandy as well as the sea. However there are rocks in the sea that you need to be careful and know the spots without rocks. The staff was welcoming, helpful and hardworking. Thank you Mr Salim Küçük & Ms Merve Yıldız for your services.

I like everything about Melas Holiday Village. The staff are really nice and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The apartments aren’t ultra-modern, but they’re clean and comfortable. The food is superb - both the presentation and taste are impressive. We enjoyed the pools, waterslides, and the beach. The kids had a great time, and so did the parents. The poolside bar was perfect for sitting, drinking, and chatting while enjoying the night. We truly enjoyed every day we spent there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed and memorable sun holiday.

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful. I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.

“10 day April gettaway”

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff very helpfull, even took us to our room on a galf buggy on arrival and check in. The food selection is good and varied, probably aimed more at German visitors than english and our youngest son did struggle food wise, however the quality of what was on offer was good. Drinks as good as any all inclusive we have stayed in. Location is also good walkable distance to the centre of side. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

“Great seaside resort with entertainment options and an all inclusive package”

Good choice of meals at the buffet. Easy access to the beach. There is a walking path to Side old city. The swimming pools were good but a bit crowded at times. Spa and massage services were available at the adjacent campus. The entertainment team organised very good events and activities for children and families. The hotel organised a minibus for pick up and drop (with additional payment) to the airport. The persons at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff can speak German. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

The village is immaculate. Staff work extremely hard to make sure the whole place is spotless. The village was big enough for us to have space as a family but not overwhelming so that we lost everyone. The kids could go off on their own but we find them easily enough if need be. It was our first all inclusive and food was good. Other reviews said it was repetitive but if you choose a different meal everyday, there’s endless choices. However if you eat like you’re at a buffet then it’s bound to feel repetitive. Staff were accommodating and friendly. We were placed in a different room to our pictures on the booking, they moved us as soon as they could. No where felt too busy considering the village was full. Entertainment was good. Pictures don’t do this resort justice

Excellent pool and slide facilities. Very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. They made lots of effort with the entertainment.

The property is within walking distance to the city of Side. The location is beautiful and it is near the beach. The garden is green and wide. Reception manager Mr. Gencer is an understanding and helpful person.
