This hotel is great for 4 stars! The main restaurant serves delicious food! Good evening program! Near to shopping street! Kids liked water park. Turkish sweets and ice-cream was a blast!

Our room was spacious, with a nice balcony to sit in, and a nice touch of having a clothes drying rack there, the bed was comfy, and there was a fridge in the room. We really enjoyed the food, there was a wide range of choices, many healthy options. The water slides onsite were very much enjoyed by our son. The territory is big, and the hotel also has it's dedicated beach which is just 5 minutes away.

Whenever you go to Turkiye with All Inclusive package, the only thing you care about is food. And it was there. There were great options, quite a lot, to be fair. Sure, if you have "taste" for something particular, it might be the case you will come to the buffet and there's only meat meat meat (and fish some days). Options for vegans were available too. The swimming pools were clean, and all the facilities around were cleaned every evening. Pool bars and pool snacks were great! You might get tired of having a burger every day tho. Massage was decent - but I wouldn't do it for the second time at this rate.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their high level of service, warm attitude, and cozy atmosphere that made my stay truly comfortable. From the very first moments, I felt the friendliness and attentiveness of every staff member, starting from the reception. I especially want to mention Chingiz — extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. Thanks to people like him, you feel not like a guest, but truly at home — safe, relaxed, and welcome. Special thanks go to Hadiche from housekeeping — my room was spotless every day. The cleanliness and order were maintained at the highest level, and I truly appreciated her efforts. The food at the hotel was tasty and diverse, and the restaurant staff were professional, neat, and polite. I would also like to express my gratitude to: Ahmed and Basak from the pool bar — always cheerful and caring; Asli and Ilker from the restaurant bar — great service and attention to detail; Cuma and Ibrahim from the lobby bar — quick, efficient, and friendly; Gulten, the waitress — very kind and always ready to help. We stayed in the hotel for more than a week and we liked it a lot. Everyday cleaning, friendly stuff, very delicious food, close to the warm sea, nice pool, big room with high ceiling. Pool is good and clean, but we didn’t use it much since sea was warmer (end of August). Right next to the hotel there is a bus stop and ride to ancient Side takes about 15-20 mins. We had a problem at our room with plugs and they solved it in 30 mins - so fast! We didn’t drink alcohol so I can’t rate this point.

The hotel itself is quite good. The cuisine is diverse, with plenty of vegetables, cheeses, and a wide selection of freshly prepared meats. Salads, beverages, and everything else were excellent. The cleaning in the rooms was good, with no complaints there. All beverages are freely available, and you can have drinks in several places. The beach is nearby, well-maintained, and there is also a bar and snack bar there. There is a shuttle to the beach, but honestly, I don’t see the need for it, as it’s only an 8-minute walk from the hotel. The staff, in general, were friendly and courteous. Overall, the impressions are positive.
