I went for my birthday and they made my entire stay special with little gifts and bed art. My second time staying here and the quality of the room service, customer service and food hasn’t dropped at all. All the staff were nice and welcoming.

The F&B chef was accommodating to dietary requirements, the guest services staff were helpful in dealing with Turkish airlines regarding my lost luggage and lent me a charger, the sheesha and moped hire owner was very helpful. Female hair stylist was great, Grilled olives were memorably delicious.

Good hotel for what we paid, the stuff was very nice, the food was good, the beach is clean and sandy. Some good à la carte restaurant options if you want to change from the buffet. There is a bar next to beach so always easy to get refreshments. They have tennis courts, beach volleyball, other water sports, so overall many things to do during the day. Overall, we had a good stay!

Staying at Kaya was a great experience. The hotel is nice the rooms are spacious and the food is really good too! Moreover the staff has been absolutely brilliant. Everyone is kind, smiling, trying to do the extra mile for the guests. They really made us belive that we are their friends and they care about us. Seriously can't name a single thing we didn't like! Thank you guys was an amazing experience!

One of the best price/value hotel we have ever been. Great location, private beach with sunbeds always available. The staff were always helpful and kind. Food was great and the main restaurant was big enough to enjoy the dinner without a crowd.

“Great place for spending a lazy family holiday”

Our room was 43 square meters, it was enough for many people, even though we had only 2 adults and one toddler. When we arrived, a baby cot was already installed. We had a pleasant surprise twice. First, just after we arrived, we got a gift from the hotel - wine, fruit, and some sweets. Another time, when I had a birthday, they provided us with another gift again - wine, fruit, and some sweets. The restaurant has so much food - plenty of choice, you can try different dishes almost every day. All the dishes from lamb were amazing! The beach is clean and tidy.

Everything was great! Staff is amazingly helpful and attentive. Food is delicious. Facilities are a bit old but well maintained. Overall, this was a relaxing holiday experience and would come back here again!

The Kaya Side vacation was amazing! The beach is really nice, but it'fully occupied on Sunday since early morning. The food and menu of the main restaurant has great variety and is always fresh and delicious =) The staff team is really professional, polite and respectful =) Thanks for the pro approach! The restaurants are pretty coo, but the host of the Greek restaurant is rather rude actually and even forgot to add our booking despite we did it personally to the same lady... The superior room with the lake view and balcony was fantastic! All is weel 4.8 of 5!
