“Top quality Apartment well situated in Side.”
Beautiful apartment, quiet location, near to shops and historic Roman buildings. Very helpful owner/ manager, quick to respond to any requests, etc. This was my second stay, and I really looked forward to coming back. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Side, it's near perfect, and highly recommended.

“Top quality Apartment in Side.”
Very spacious, clean and modern apartment, with lovely garden and sea views. Great fitted kitchen, good quality appliances, including washing machine, dish washer, and large fridge with freezer. The owner and manager responded quickly and positively to any questions, and were very kind and helpful. Felt at home immediately, and would definitely recommend this apartment, and stay here again.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. The steps to check in were very clear and easy. Parking available easily. Close to the beach walking distant. The apartment was very clean and had good amenities. Private location.

“I'd stay again.”
Ok, we were very tired and the box was quite hot. It would have been nice to have had a cold bottle of water in the fridge on arrival.

“A lovely relaxing week in a very well presented apartment.we would definitely go back there again”
This is a lovely, large, two bedroomed apartment. Everything needed was provided. It is within easy reach of the beach, dolmus and supermarket. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The apartment is quite secure as it is entered by the building entrance door and then the front door to the apartment.

Apartment nice and modern. Nice comfortable furniture. Nice touches , like toilet paper, bin bags and dishwasher tablets included. Location great for beach and walking into Old Town Side. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great apartment, everything was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had all utensils. Very convenient location, literally 7-10 minutes walk to the beach. I advise you to visit the beach in front of Simus Beach Hotel (at our time of arrival, in September, there were free sun beds). On the other side of the building there is a supermarket, very convenient. The apartments corresponded to the photos on the website. The owner was in touch and responded quite quickly to our questions.

“Great appartments”
