“Wouldn’t recomend for a main holiday only to sleep at night only .”

The first property was a health hazard ,ceiling in bathroom damp and a hole ,curtains short at windows,rust on oven and fridge . it was booked as a back up separate room near by all inclusive resort near by . But they did move the room to a slightly improved conditions and made an effort to put flowers towels on the bed but the cooking facilties ( in kitchenette ) were still unsuitable ,and not working and the shower even though newer was very weak water flow and not hot .

Great tradional turkish Hotel, self catering apartments with all kitchen appliances and equipment, comfortable bed, big apartments with big terrace balcony, definitely value for money

I'm going to start by saying that this hotel is amazing, one of the best places I've ever been and felt like I was home. The owners are so kind, respectful and friendly, ready to help you if you need anything. The hotel is situated at 50 meters away from the sea, let's say 15 minutes walking away from the Antik Side.. So, me I found it perfect. Despite the previous comments, my room was very clean, spacious and a small kitchen. I initially booked for 10 days, but cause I loved the city and also the hotel so muchhhhhhh, I've booked for another 5 days.. If I could give the score 1000 ****, i would definitely do it, cause they deserve it. They really know how to treat they're guest, and for me this is the most important, they made me feel welcomed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for your kindness! And we will probably see again in October 🤗, I'll choose you every time I'll visit Side! The best place to spend your holiday! Ps: I'll attach a photo of how I found my room every day 🥰

I liked how close it was to the beach and old Side. The owners were very nice and very helpful - nothing was too much for them.

“Excellent value for money”

Wonderful and extremely friendly staff. The lady we communicated with gave us a closer room when she saw we had heavy luggage. The new room was much much bigger and with a large balcony, but she didn't charge us extra for that. I am extremely grateful. The hotel is seconds from the beach and a large choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Half an hour to Ancient Side and the old harbor. Excellent value for our money since prices were very decent. We could have stayed longer if we had more time. Plus, Side itself is wonderful.
