I liked everything. I slept well, ate well and had a great time. The staff was very helpful. The food was delicious. I got great local recommendations. The bus to the beach was always on time. Liked the beach.

The location of this hotel is prime to the centre of side and the old town, with various shops and bars on the strips, the staff were wonderful to speak with, and always helpful with any questions I had. The pool was wonderful to swim. And the balcony was wonderful to just chill out on. They have a separate beach which is lovely to go visit if you enjoy laying out,

The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of places to eat and drink close by. The pool area was peaceful with plenty of sun loungers. The staff and owner were helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The chef was amazing. (He needs a pay rise 😂) Creating tasty food for different nationalities must be difficult. The air con worked well. I would recommend this hotel and book again if we return to Side.

I spent more than 5 weeks (36 days) in the hotel and during all this time there were no particular problems. Food. In the morning I had breakfast at the hotel - always very hearty dishes, and if you want something special/extra - you can pay extra, and they will gladly cook it for you. Moreover, I know that you can order food for lunch and dinner, but I've never used such a service. Staff. Very friendly staff, especially responsive owners - ready to help with any question, even not related to accommodation. I note that the owners communicate in Russian, English, and Turkish, which is extremely convenient. Special regards Nelly! Rooms. All rooms are in good condition, the arrangement of furniture is quite convenient. There is a kettle, refrigerator, and TV. Cleaned regularly, if there are any questions about cleaning, you can always contact the reception, they will try to resolve all issues promptly. Transfer. The owners offer a transfer service to/from the airport, which is quite inexpensive by local standards, but I got by bus (drive 2 stops from the airport by tram (to Sinan), and then wait on the safety island for a bus to Manavgat, which runs every half an hour (check the schedule if you travel at night or early morning/late evening) and which has a sign MANAVGAT, get to the Migros stop in Manavgat, and then you can walk, which will take about 30 minutes, or take a local taxi. It occurs to be really cheap, however not so fast. Also, it's convenient to travel to Antalya by this bus). Other. Since I lived in the hotel for quite a long time, the question arose about clothes washing. You can ask to wash your clothes at the hotel, and it's cheaper than anywhere else (I visited the 3 nearest laundries, where it was 3-4 times more expensive).

“Good hotel for familly”

The management of the hotel was careful enough to put the room of my daughter ( really in front) of our couple room to we be together and more calm about that. The staff was very kind, and the day of the checkout, they kept out luggage until the hour of the transfer for the airport.

The staff!! Brilliant, esp the cleaning lady....luved her to bits. Receptionist staff very accomodating and listened and acted about my complaints. Even got lift to bus stop to Antalya. Suuuuuper!! Pool excellent. 99% respectful and considerate guests. Breakfast huuuuuuge but should cater to customers who possibly want an alternative to Turkish breakfast...

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. A lovely breakfast each morning. Hotel was in a great location for accessing Side and pool was nice aswell. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I loved my stay at Bellissima! It is a family run hotel and it is like a home from home! Every one of the staff were kind and they made my stay as comfortable as possible. It has a warm and relaxed atmosphere, so much so that some days, I was happy to just stay by the lovely, clean pool and soak up the sun....My room was immaculately clean & I had a balcony with a good view and a large fridge which was excellent. Kadir & Nelli were super people and always happy to help. Kadir eveh helped with my transfer to the airport. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend staying at Bellissima. It had one of the highest ratings on booking.com and it certainly lived up to my expectations. I would love to go back to this hotel in the future and I wish them every success for the future as they truly deserve it :-)
