The location was ideal for wondering around , visiting small shops and exploring the ancient sites. Beaches within walking distance and numerous restaurants and cafes to visited

“Beautiful Apartment in the ideal location”

There are two faces to Side. One is the sprawling mass of hotels on the approach road, the other is the beautiful, traffic free and atmospheric (especially at night) old town. We chose to stay in the latter and are so glad that we did. The Beach House apartment was more like a house. Spacious and well appointed living quarters and kitchen area, lovely bedroom with comfortable bed and loads of storage space (there is also a separate second bedroom) and bathroom with a spacious shower. Access to the property is up a stairway that also leads to a small balcony. Our hostess Penny lived in a house at the other end of the communal garden and was always on hand to help and give advice should we need it. There is a small beach 50 metres from the property and larger beaches on either side of the village. NOTE: Penny and her husband also have a four room apartment complex on the eastern side of the village also called Beach House which can lead to some confusion when arriving or departing by taxi. My advice would be to use the airport transfer service that is provided by Penny to avoid this.

The apartment was in a great location, with a gorgeous, tranquil garden hidden behind it. It was very clean and had everything we needed, plus very good internet. Excellent value for money, and the hosts were charming and friendly.

“Lovely traditional apartment in the heart of old Side”

The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the ancient town very near the harbour. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and when our taxi driver got a bit lost Penny came and collected us and our bags to take us to the correct location. She was a great host throughout, never imposing but always there if needed for local knowledge and having lived there for over 30 years, Penny had loads of local knowledge. We had a great 4 nights there and if returning to Side we would look no further than this accommodation.

“Charming home in ancient Side”

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was perfectly located in the heart of old Side where we could walk to everything. The host was extremely helpful, even giving us a lift back to our car. We would happily stay there again. C
