“Quiet place near sandy beach”

Nice hosts, good coffee. Beach nearby was sandy and very quiet. Room was exceptionally clean.

The host was amazing, very accommodating and customer oriented. Very nice guy and he explained everything, using a google application to communicate with us. Room was clean. Nice balcony. However, not a view over the beach, only a side view.

Quiet, nice location, parking on premises, close to the marina (a few minutes drive), where you can find a few nice bars and restaurants (and a beautiful sunset at the beach). There's a very private and secluded beach a stroll away from the house too. Breakfast is served in a very welcoming cafe in Siculiana, which is also very close. There's a nice castle to visit there as well. The host, Tommaso, was very helpful from the beginning and provided good tips for our stay. The room was spacious, there was good coffee and beverages available in a common lounge area, from where you get a nice view of the sea and the mountain.

Tommaso's place truly deserves the title of a seaside paradise. Situated just a few steps from a pristine sandy beach, it offered us a near-private beach experience. Tommaso is an outstanding host—swiftly responsive, helpful, and ensures you feel safe and at home. The property is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and cozy. I would highly recommend his place to anyone.

“Relaxing and perfect”

Tommaso, the owner, was very kind and helpful with recommendations of where to eat and places to visit. La Foggia was beautifully clean and well looked after. It is perfectly situated 300 meters from a beautiful clean beach, perfect. Close enough to walk to Siculiana marina and not far from the town centre. Perfect stay. Thank you Tommaso . We will stay again.
