Not satisfactory. No towels were provided. The room air conditioner was not working, making the room very hot, and the surroundings were very dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The reception service at the counter was very poor, and the staff were not friendly. Not recommended to stay. SO BAD SERVICE!!👎🏻👎🏻

The place didn't provide Basic thing like shampoo and soap. My suggestion if you didn't provide all this thing at least you can sell it at check in counter for convenience.
