Lousy customer service. So much in contrast with the sister Hotel, Mansion have excellent service. Front desk is grouchy and not happy to serve or answer questions

“No Fridge, No kettle, No free parking, all things specifically wanted, and listed for this booking.”
Very comfortable bed. Convenient location for the waterfront and the temple. We were able to park directly outside in the evening but had to get up very early to avoid a parking fine.

i like when the reception telling me""no room for you fcker" all room are full....it happen smwhhere 30 min from the Holidayy mansion. in sibu...i made abooking.. i make a payment...then relize that .inn is. 30 min . damn..... ARRIVED HOLIDAY MASION.. I FELT LIKE BEING SCAMMED. TIRED DRIVE FROM KUCHING.. BACCK TO MIRI..STOP SIBU. FOR REST... but room not available for me. ... i made a call..they passed to another and wait . and another Numbers..untill. i cant remember the numbers..and ok.. i like to hate this mansion hoiday..yes.. like i like pushyy....
