“The best 3nights :)”

We really liked this place, very cozy, clean and tidy, the children really liked the room upstairs. I very much recommend it. :) The owners are very friendly ,they even leave goodies for kids and for us :) The property is in very good location ,town ,shops ,beach are walking distance ,train station as well . Amazing place ,we were very happy to stayed there.If you’re looking for a short or long stay in the Littlehampton I’m very much recommending this property .

Good location - walking distance to get to the lake and mall, city center is close also. Clean neat place, would recommend to friends!

Quality matched the low price. Pictures were somewhat misleadig. It was a room in very old fashioned block house, that was scary looking. No proper light or sewerage in bathroom

Good location, nice to go for a walk. Pretty quiet in the evening and night. Don't see any safety risk

Great view

Location is fine being a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Kettle for making tea/coffee; small fridge.

Property was dirty, stank of sewage as we walked in. Kitchen didn’t look like it had been cleaned and don’t get me started on the bathroom….

This place is near the center of the city, it has nice view at the lake. The room is really for two people.

The location was great! There was a short walk to the center, bus station and also to the lake with nature paths. The place was located next to a prison which was a surprise to us and first felt quite bad. But then we noticed that it didn't affect the atmosphere at all. The building could have been any other building and actually it was much calmer than if it would had been a mall or bus station or anything else. So, the location was very calm and felt safe. We actually booked all three rooms because we were travelling as a group. Two of the rooms were nice and looked like in the photos, although there were some small things such as mouldy coffee strainer, but generally everything was fine in these two rooms (2 and 3). The view to the lake was nice in the mornings with plenty of birds. And the owner was helpful and answered quickly.
