Great hostel, it's actually inside a house and at a great location. The owner lady Natalya is very friendly and cooperative. I can speak Russian so there was no communication gap. Also you will get new cat friends :)))

The owners of the hostel are incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt right at home. They have two cute cats and a small dog running around! Great location, in walking distance to everything you need including the train station & city center. Very good value for money, I can highly recommend this place.

“Wonderful!”
The teenager in reception was very helpful, who would speak English well and always keeping smile , he totally saved me during 2 nights of stay , I couldn’t imagine how I could do without him , because his grandfather in reception couldn’t speak English at all

“Cheap accommodation for short stays.”
Family house, the upstairs floor has been turned into dorms for Guests. Location is ok. It is possible to let some stuff for a few days while going away for mountains trip.

“Top Class Hostel in Shymkent”
One of the best hostel I stayed. Staff and her boys are very friendly. Everyone speaks English very well. They treat me like a member of their family. I will visit there again. Nice location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. All attractions are walking distance.
