This is an old style hotel, it is not luxurious but value for money and very clean. The breakfast was great, but was similar every day, very filling though. Staff were helpful especially the lady who did the laundry.

Excellent location opposite the market; the bus stop for the airport bus is in front of the hotel. Large rooms, very quiet, comfortable beds. Friendly staff at the reception. There is a water dispenser in the lobby.

This is a classic style hotel, a bit older design but very clean and maintained. The staff were great and helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast worked with tokens, which is great because I arrived early on my first day and also left before breakfast time on my final day. The breakfast was very nice and filling and the restaurant is a nice room. The rooms are a cool design and have a table and good furnishings.

The location is very near to prime attractions of the city. Market place is very close. Staff behaviour is very praiseworthy just the language was the problem. But with translation the persons at reception was very co-operative.

Okay location, a nice place to crash for a couple of days while you explore Shymkent. Breakfast was decent for the price. Wifi isn't the best, but this is consistent across Kazakhstan. Rooms are clean.

Check in at 08:00 and check out at 08:00 next day 24€ for 24 hours in a room with one double bed and one hyper double bed for two persons we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay!!! Just in front of hotel bus station with buses going to center, to airport, to railway station and to Samal bus station. Qyrgy Bazar, one of the best traditional markets of Kazakhstan is situated just opposite of the hotel, and just outside of the hotel there are many shops with local food to bye for breakfast. Of course there is breakfast included in the room price but we had to leave hotel earlier to couch our bus for our next destination. Breakfast is offered in hotel between 08:30 to 10:30.

Spacious room , decent breakfast, facilities in the room was in good working order, allow extension of room to 6pm to accommodate my night flight out from Shymkent, located near Independent Park , market/bazaar, Shym Qala (fortress)
