“Yo, we had a blast with the fam! The little ones didn't wanna leave, man.”
We had a wonderful experience at Rixos Hotel. Initially, we had booked a one-night stay, but we were so impressed that we extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel is truly one of the best in the city. The breakfast was delicious, the location was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There were many activities to enjoy, such as swimming in the pool, relaxing in the spa, or having a cigar at the White Horse Bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are considering extending it even further.

“A very grand looking hotel with a great inside pool”
The hotel is very nice and ornately decorated inside. The atrium is beautiful. The pool was great for the kids, especially given the windy and rainy weather we had. Our bedroom was a large family suite on the 5th floor. It was mostly very comfortable.

“The rooms are old and musty smelling. There was no help from the staff to regulate room temperature.”
The room was terrible hot and after repeated requests to come to fix the air con, no one came. The entrance to the hotel smells like cigarettes.

A high standard facility. Great restaurant in the hotel, excellent breakfast. SPA center at a high level. Very comfortable rooms, high class interiors, spacious with very comfortable beds. Operations Manager Mr. Musa - a real professional, a perfect organizer, very helpful and cultured. Mr. Musa is a model of professionalism and high standard of work.
