“A comfortable stay with good service”
Everything was very good overall. The rooms were clean, bright, and recently renovated in a modern style. Breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and responded to requests quite quickly.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression: cozy and clean rooms, stylish decor with beautiful vintage carpets that add charm. There’s a restaurant downstairs with great cuisine – perfect for a dinner after a long day. The airport is just a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. We really enjoyed our stay!

“A little jewel of Shymkent”
This is my second time staying at Pana Hotel. I must say they've improved their services significantly since my previous stay in 2022. I paid with my USA issued visa card (this form of payment wasn't available during my previous stay) and it there was no transaction issue. The room was spacious and super clean. Toiletries from L'Occitane was an added bonus. Breakfast was really nice offering variety of selections including hot meals (omelettes). I also liked how they serve cappuccino with water on the side, just like in Italy. :-) I also dined several times at their restaurant "Tary" and they offer some really delicious choices of local cuisine. I'm also glad to see that they have installed little bells on tables to call the wait-staff, so I don't have to wave or hail anyone to place our orders.

“Excellent value for money - modern but with character”
Excellent hotel. Really good value for money. Very comfortable with some Kazakh touches. The bed was very comfortable, shower was good, wifi worked well, room spotlessly clean and modern with some Kazakh touches. Aircon worked well. Restaurant in hotel was good for lunch and hotel is well located near park and other restaurants. Coffee at hotel is great. Breakfast was ok, long wait due to large group but this hotel is very good value for money it didn’t really matter. Room was very quiet - we hd superior double room. Much better staying here than one of the big modern tasteless hotels that costs a lot more.

Great location close to the city centre. The breakfast was amazing, and exceeded my expectations - it included fresh local fruits and milk products, cereals, omelettes, GREAT COFFEE!!! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The receptionist was able to talk English, and helped me a lot with arranging a taxi and other things.
