Rooms are extraordinary clean, comfort with sun light and balcony. Staff are very gentle. Bed is so good for deep sleep. Have a nice sofa in the room. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are big enough and the rest room was very nice designed.

“An ideal place to stay in Shymkent”
A great hotel. V friendly staff, the room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast kept me going until dinner. Free parking right outside and lots to see within walking distance.

Spacious, very clean room, aswas thewhole hotel.Lots of room to unpack clothes. Staff very pleasant and helpful, Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Location in quiet spot, we overlooked the mountains which was good to wake up to.

“Great stay in Shymkent”
The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and modern and the staff are brilliant - really friendly and helpful. Lots of options at breakfast even for those who don't eat meat.

“Three nights in Shymkent”
The staff was extremely helpful and had a good grasp of English. The air conditioning in our second room (see below) worked well in the summer and the room itself was large. The breakfast had a good selection and omelets were made to order. The area around the hotel was mostly quiet. The hotel is located close to some good restaurants (like Pecorino just one block away) and a medium-sized shopping mall.

“Perfect stay in Shymkent”
It was a real surprise for me, to find such a good hotel in this zone. Big rooms, comfy beds, tasty breakfast, helpful staff. Highly recommended!
