Had a great time, staff spoke English, allways willing to help and arrange taxis for me.Room large very clean, mini fridge , Kettle etc, TV but no English Channels, large clean bathroom plenty of hot water ,room serviced every day. AC if you need. Breakfast was very good, small bar area and restrurant in evening but i did not use. Loads of good Resturants and shops around the surrounding streets, felt very safe, i would book again

“Overall excellent in every way”
Staff had excellent English which was very helpful to me. Room was large, you could have a party in the shower stall. Location was great. Price was excellent.

Staff were so nice. a bit of language barrier but they did help me with my requests. They even allowed early check-in. Breakfast is good for the price. Room is very large and comfy

“Excellent and comfortable stay”
Highly recommended for this good value for money hotel. The staff are very nice and polite especially one receptionist ( I can’t spell her name, apologise to her) who has arranged my transportation to Tashkent. Although she was off on the day I left for Tashkent, she has told her colleague to follow up as well as WhatsApp to me the arrangement and follow up with her colleague until I arrived at Tashkent. I greatly appreciated her kindness. The breakfast (included in the hotel fee) is very good with wide variety. Location is good, less than a minute walk to the Main Street. Room is big with balcony. Excellent stay!

“With good location, but very noisy hotel”
The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center. The hotel is well equipped, the employees changed the towels and brought new shower gel / shampoo every day. They also cleaned the room every day, so it a big positive.
