I had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness and newness of everything inside were immediately noticeable, and there were no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The staff members were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast served was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Despite having a leg injury, staying on the second floor posed no issues for me in terms of accessibility, which I greatly appreciated.

“I hope the Graf hotel will be more better”
The first day I had been waiting for breakfast too long, as a matter of fact I left because I was tired of waiting. The second day the receptionist called me in advance and I appointed the exact time of breakfast and I had it on time

“Nice rooms – staff can be a bit hot and cold”
The hard product at the hotel is really nice. Good, comfortable modern rooms, with nice comfy beds. The location isn't the most central, but everything is about a 10 minute cab away and there are things located in the neighborhood.
