“Inexpensive, convenient.”
Inexpensive. A convenient stop on the way through Shymkent. It suited me as I was only stopping for the night and moving on straight away in the morning.

“A basic hotel in a very central location”
This hotel reminds of Ibis and Ibis Styles hotels elsewhere, in that it has smallish rooms with funky colours and design elements. But it lacks the attention to detail in the room fitout that Ibis usually has. The room had a minibar (I prefer an empty fridge, as there are plenty shops around in the area to buy drinks). It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location very central, right in downtown Shymkent, walking distance to many places. Overall an okay experience.

“NO INTERNET IN THIS PLACE! BEWARE!”
The location is perfect - you can get to any spots very quickly. There is a big park nearby and all the shops and other necessary places are nearby.

I didn't spend a huge amount of time here as I was only really transiting in Shymkent. The room was smallish but comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and the wifi worked well. I left very early so didn't eat breakfast, but I did have dinner at the hotel kitchen and it was tasty and good value (pizza and a salad). There's a couple of coffee shops adjacent to the hotel and a little pedestrian area with places to grab street food and some entertainment options.

Great location, close to the most popular park of the city. There is a bus stop near. Air conditioner in the room, which is really needed in this city. A great buffet with a lot of food to choose from.

“Good central location in Shymkent”
The cleaning staff were wonderful and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and nice quality linen, but rooms very small and only a small opening window. A good location. Reception staff tried to be helpful but were not very knowledgeable about local attractions, train services etc
