Very clean hostel, comfortable bed, good shower. I stayed 5 nights in a 2 bed dorm which I had to myself the whole time.

Spacious rooms Toilet inside the soom. Big toilet. Very clean. Comfortable, large building. Hostel with "character", different in a positve way from others. Location is perfect, central.

Modern design inside warehouse like structure. Lots of colourful wall art. Good size rooms with own shower and loo. Coffee available 24/7

“Huge warehouse hostel”

Situated behind the City Hotel, it's a huge modern warehouse type place with small rooms for 2 to 8 people in bunks. Has microwave and hot water/coffee on tap 24/7. Good option for 2 or 3 days. On bus route to taxi station Kolos to Tashkent.

It's a big hostel and all you need is provided, even more (for instance, shampoo and bath gel are provided, as well as slippers). The common room is big and cozy, very colourful. The position is great, very central, but quiet at night. It was a great deal. I recommend it.

“The best value for money!”

The best value for.money!!! I normally don't write reviews, but I have to for this one. 11/10. Great location, friendly reception, super clean, nice locker to keep valuable stuff, AC, private bathroom with essentials. The bed is very comfortable, also free coffee, tea and drinking water. The lists could go on. I extended my stay because of the hostel. Highly recommend.

Actually it's one the best and biggest hostel that I've ever been. I was in 2 beds room and private shower. Locker.. everything was great

Rahmet Zhanerki (aka JJ) at reception: welcoming & cheery & informative. Curious - yet very convenient - location inside the central mall, then up the stairs to this very colourful hostel, quiet & spacious with comfy dorm, decent clean toilet facilities & ok kitchenette. WiFi fine. Good security. Really great value choice for a stop in Shymkent.

“Best option in Shymkent!”

Fun place, right in the middle of a mall, I’ve never seen that before! Very few visitors, we ended up having a room for ourselves. Tea available.

“Excellent place in easy location.”

Good location, by the iconic ‘tulip’ fountain making easy to find way around. Fabulous murals. Enormous place but low occupancy in May. Starbucks next door but not really needed because free coffee and tea all day at hotel.

“It was comfortable but can be improved.”

The location is great, just at the bus stop, easy to go anywhere in the city. The place is big and has a lot of common places which is nice. Location in a mall is cool so that you don’t hear the cars. Complimentary breakfast is good and cheap. Mattress is comfy.

“Comfortable”

The room was clean and the bathroom was comfortable. The lockers were really handy, and even though there were no windows facing outside, there was no humidity no dampness at all. It was a bit odd that there seemed to be a camera pointing toward the room. The hostel is inside a shopping mall, and the common areas were great. When I needed a scale to weigh my luggage, the reception didn’t have one, but Khanshaim (I hope I spelled the name right) was incredibly helpful she even went to a shop and brought back a scale for me.(Tarazy! :) Thanks for everything!
