The room is big and facilities are well maintained. A water dispenser is available in the hallway. It's great if you prefer distilled water over boiled hard water. It's convenient that the hotel has an elevator and many restaurants nearby.

Location is great. Downstairs has 24/7 nice restaurant. Shopping mall nearby. Room is spacious. Drinking water machine available. Daytime staff Natasha (hope my spelling is correct) is super friendly and helpful.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff and we checked in early. Walking distance to mega planet mall, cafes and parks.

“Great value for money”

Great location in the centre of the city. Quite a few facilities to eat nearby, I would recomment Quvshin. The room was spacious and clean, water, a teapot and teabags provided. No breakfast provided but I did not expect it for such a price anyway. Tolga bey was very helpful.

A clean, spacious and comfortable room, very nice staff and in a central location, close to cafes and restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Can't thank the two ladies enough - one who helped us with our washing the other with air conditioning. The room was a great size and the shower was great too. Was good having a fridge to keep drinks cool. The location is good - we walked but sometimes got a taxi to the centre. Nice to be near the mall. The restaurant downstairs was good too (not part of the hotel)

“Best hotel to stay in Shymkent”

We loved staying in Cannes hotel. There are wonderful big, comfortable rooms for families, the manager is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well situated in the city center, with many good restaurants nearby. We could walk everywhere. It is comfortable and clean. We would like to come back!
