The shuttle service was very convenient and the staff was very helpful. The room was nice.

Great place to stay if you've got a long layover at Beijing Capital Airport. The airport shuttle was super convenient and easy to book, even when I had to leave very early in the morning. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and comfy. I felt refreshed and well rested ahead of my next flight.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Perfectly clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Very quiet, and I had good rest and good sleep, exactly what I needed. If you look for a hotel at PEK airport, for sure this is the one!

“I really liked it!”

I wanted a hotel near the airport and this one went above and beyond my expectations. The room was really spacious, the bathroom and the bed were really comfortable. I had such a good rested night sleep despite the noise of the airplanes, actually for me it was quite pleasant and relaxing. The only thing I wanted was a swimming pool which the hotel didn't have.

Used this hotel during a 10-hour layover and had a really pleasant stay. The free airport shuttle was a huge bonus, and the staff quickly helped arrange it for us. It runs every hour, so depending on timing you may have a bit of a wait at the airport, but overall it was very convenient. The hotel itself looked lovely from the moment we walked in. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were welcomed into a spacious room with two double beds.

The staff were very polite , pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods. The airport shuttle for pick up and drop off is one big plus.

Front desk staff and manager/supervisor are very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful during my check in.

They forgot my shuttle so had to hang around for over two hours, this despite emailing from Hanoi in the previous week. Disappointing. Staff all very pleasant but heavy use of translator apps. Very few guests as far as I could see. I think they are waiting for the next international conference.

Good location with free airport shuttle. Room size was amazing.

The air conditioning was the best working of the hotels we stayed at in China so I have to compliment that! Nice restaurant and bar in lobby. Also a small shop with souvenirs and snacks. Shuttle bus to airport was a great feature. There was some noise from airplanes flying overhead, ear plugs were provided but honestly it was quieter than street/traffic noise we heard in other hotels!
