“Ugly experience, the most destructive mind-blowing hotel and staff ever seen!!”

I was told that the person called in sick. So, no breakfast at all, would expect a refund on this as breakfast and this was included in the price and I had to buy breakfast. No shuttle service as advertised, had to take a taxi from the airport also need a refund on this. Room/carpet/furniture dirty and smelly. No coffee/tee facilities. Fridge needs to be defrosted. Airconditioning dirty and not working. Open wires hanging from the wall, Bedding and towels has been used before. I have taken photos of all the above and I have a whiteness that will confirm I had to take a taxi and the room condition. Phone in room is not working.

Good location if travelling interstate, decent beds, relatively quiet. All the usual amenities. Standard parking and working wi-fi.

Spacious twin double room. Comfy pillows, however the bed was uncomfortable. Great selection of food at breakfast.

They offered a shuttle service from the airport so this is the reason for choosing this location. The only problem had to wait about 45 minutes for an answer from desk clerk for pick up By the time I got to the hotel it was about 11/2 hours to wait. I did complain to the hotel manager. Anyway the return pick up was on time and basically happy with stay. Will continue to use this hotel in the future.

I had a total price of $68 dollars for 1 night. $78.84(with tax and fees), booked on booking.com. On my booking.com account shows now $79.98 (incl. tax) but my credit card got charged $98.89 Something is not right here. I didn't get a hard copy of the invoice at the hotel either, which is not right either. We tried to pay cash, the hotel didn't accept cash, wasn't happy about that. Room stunk, very strong bad smell,..carpet was dirty too and so was the bathroom. Nothing for more than one night! Motels i often stay are cleaner and do not hide hidden fees etc. Would not recommended.

This hotel is a non smoking property and we smelled Marijuana in our hallway. The next morning some guys were hot boxing in their truck in the parking lot. This is not a place I would bring my family.
